Zero pressure the whole time we were there!!! We came knowing what we wanted to look at and received great help from Dylan and Bri. We ended up looking around at quite a few dealerships and coming back to this one to purchase! Overall our experience was far beyond what we would expect from a dealership! If you are looking to buy a car be sure to stop by Honda Legends!

Hellllll NOOO, I had a honda fit and they broke off the passenger side wheel studs because my driver side was broken had I wouldve take. Pictures I couldve filled a lawsuit to get this honda dealership out the way. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY WILL BREAK IT TO GET YOU TO COME BACK!!!

Mike and Arick were great! My fiancé traded in his 2017 honda civic for a 2022 honda civic! He is very happy with his car, they made the process super easy and helped him with everything he could think of! We will definitely be back for my car!

Service here is truly wonderful! I recently hit a deer with my Odyssey and Megan went to bat for me with my insurance. Filing a claim is such a hassle, and at every step, Megan was there advocating on my behalf! Chad is awesome, as well, and I continue to go back for service because they take such good care of me.

I just bought a 2021 hybrid car here and am very pleased with this place. I was about to purchase the same car at another dealer but Esmeralda texted me to work with me. I guess they really aim to get your business and are very competitive with their pricing.
I had gone to 4 other Honda dealers and was about to deal but they persuaded me to go with them because of their no nonsense approach to dealing. My time is valuable and I hate driving all around town but sometimes you have to do that to get a good deal. And good deal I got.
Micheal, my salesman, was really informative of the product so that helps since I am inquisitive and like to ask a lot of questions. He answered all of them and was helpful in helping me set up my infotainment system.

Don't service your car here. Service is incompetent, careless and not held accountable. They neglect to put things like your valve stems back on and act like it's not a problem. The worst was not putting all if the screws back on the protective plate under the car. I had to pull over, wait an hour and the sent someone without proper gear to help me. Turns out they also stripped the screws that were present so he tried his best to help.
An hour later, I am at another dealer with the same issue.
I sincerely hope that the mechanic at LEGENDS did not damage anything on my car. I will be having another dealer check for this.
Please, for your safety, take your Honda to anyone else.

I do not recommend this place for service.
I went in only for an oil change. I Used the same advisor... he knew what services were done to my car yet he recommended the same service again.

I purchased a vehicle from here over the weekend. I'm very happy with the vehicle (so far), but not not with the pricing or the process. First off, beware their $300 "admin" fee. They don't talk about it, but they add it to your final bill. The salesman explained it was for "keeping the lights on and paying the girls upstairs...". I wish I had known that prior. It should be written on all of their offers. I thought I had a good price but found out at the end that I was paying more than I should.
It's kind of a theme, but this place is all about the money. Example: If you call ahead and tell them you are coming to buy X vehicle, and someone shows up 5min prior wanting to buy the same vehicle, they will sell it to him instead of you. This happened to me. I called to tell them I was on my way to sign the paperwork and not to sell it to anyone else. When I arrived 30 minutes later they told me that someone else was buying the vehicle i wanted.
I didn't feel that Legend's Honda cared about people and forming relationships with clients. I felt that Legends Honda cares about getting paid. I can understand that as a business, but I didn't like the way it felt as a customer.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Anthony, I do remember you from Saturday and I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. That is certainly not the way that we want you to feel, which is why I wanted to explain everything to you personally. As I explained Saturday, Katie did verify that the vehicle was available when you called. Shortly after that, a customer did show up to test drive and then committed to buy the vehicle. Unfortunately, that does happen every once in a while and it puts us in a somewhat difficult situation because they were here first. Good news is that the deal didn't come together which made it available to you.
I apologize about any miscommunication regarding the admin charge. It automatically prints out on all of our purchase proposals and agreements, but I am not sure if anyone printed those for you the first time you were in here. We always want to make sure that we discuss it any time we discuss pricing. I will make sure to discuss this with the entire staff so that we are properly relaying that to our guests.
Providing great experiences for our guests and building relationships are at the top of our focus. We understand that these relationships are fundamental for our success. I'm sorry that we didn't make you feel that way when you were here. Based on your feedback, we failed and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I will make sure to continue to work with our staff and remind them of the importance of that.
