First pawn shop I've ever been to and probably the last. Had a few items to try and pawn (a pair of AirPods and an electric scooter) since I live paycheck to paycheck, and before I even could walk in the door "Oh we can't take those". Utterly bewildered and floored by this response. Never going to this place again.

Most of the NOVA area seems to be lacking in places with customer service these days, but I really appreciated the staff's quality level of service here. Gave me a fair price for my exchange items and had a very decent selection as far as products to purchase. I'll definitely be back, thanks guys!

I bought a diamond earring to replace one that was lost. Their price was far better than the price of a local shop in Leesburg and they recommended a better setting. In addition they replaced the setting for the other earring for no charge.
Customer service was awesome.

WORST SHOP IN LEESBURG! They buy and sell stuff illegally also, I have examples from my past when I sold a guitar and other items! under the table deals for days so I highly suggest avoiding this shop if you want to stay out of trouble! This place has always been terrible with extremely rude personal. I walk in today and they asked if I had a Nikon in my hands (it looks nothing like a Nikon) so I said no it's a Sony, so then they asked is it a DSLR, so, once again I replied NO ITS A SONY. Then another person came over looked at the body of the camera for 5 sec then mumbled something about age and walked away. So I then stood there tryna figure out what was going on then the other guy who left turn to me and said "were not taking it it's too old, it's not worth anything." I looked up the price for this camera and it goes for $120-140 without a lens and $170 with the lens when it's used! They also asked me if it was a single shoot camera when there is a big movie button on the top, and Sony cameras shoot video! I was expecting to get like $40-50 and they could easily sell it for $100-150 so why would they say it's not worth anything. This store literally has no manners or knowledge. They rip off poor people who need money. There is a reason you never see anyone wealthy in there, because people only go here when they need to! I was will to sell a $170 camera for $40 just for some gas but nope they didn't even give me 10 sec. I REALLY HOPE YOU GO BANKRUPT. The non-manger was the first nice person I have ever met in there, but he just had no idea what he was talking about. The managers and owners are demon spawn though.

This place would buy things off me illegally "under the table" when I was underage, sure enough I was extremely low balled the entire time. As I've grown up I continue to use this place for whatever stupid reason but NO MORE!! All employees here are very rude and generally not good people. They have no problem being an ass to your face and even laughing. The nerdy guy with glasses is the worst, enough to piss me off just thinking about how ugly he is. He thought he was cool by offering $80 for $5,000 diamond earrings, I couldn't believe it, so I left. Went to Maryland and got $1200. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO BUY OR SELL. This company deserves to be shut down.

Such a collection, very knowledgeable on their products and great customer service. I love the fact they don't melt down all their jewelry they try to preserves the old jewelry and repair them to sell instead of melting them down to make money like most pawn stores do.

I've been frequenting this establishment for many years and I find this business to be very honest, helpful and knowledgeable. The staff is highly educated in the jewelry department and if they can't do the work they'll refer you to someone else.I've also been very satisfied with their customer service!! A gem of a place in Leesburg !! Go visit you won't be disappointed!
