The food is good. The service is not good. They are not freindly to the customers. The last time I went the server was coughing over my food without covering her mouth. They talk to each other to much and sometimes don't say thank you. Would love to see the service improve.

Witnessed what I believe to be two health code violations while waiting to be served. First, the cook came over and dumped a huge piile I'd lo mwun on top of the existing supply. Are they not supposed to rotate the food?' Then they had a giant bowl of fried fish just sitting on the counter. Who know how log it had been sitting before she came over, took the old tray out of and dumped the old crumbs of fish in the trash... Tapping the pan on the side of the trash. Then put the pan back in the display and dumped the bowl of fresh fish into the contaminated tray. Really!!! I don't know about you but I don't want my serving dishes touching trash cans!!!! If I were a health inspector, I'd fine them severely for that behavior. How could they think this OK behavior? How many times per day do they have trash can contamination? Yuk!!!

Came here today, nothing was hot or even warm. I received my food cold and it was not busy and they had plenty of food out. My fried fish was extra cold and dry and barely no meat. I ordered 6 entree box and I asked for sweet and sour sauce and she gave me only one. Smh terrible place and I wouldn't recommend to anyone

This place needs to be inspected undercover. The cooks come outside to smoke with their gloves on and then go back inside to touch food. The women are SUPER RUDE! These women need to smile and at least greet!! The health inspectors need to crack down at these filthy locations. Never will I come back. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!

My experience tells highway robbery this place charges .50cents for use of debit card on top that they ask for tip options when prompted on screen That's ridiculous to pay tip to someone who's job only fill food for customers will not be visiting this place again food cost too damn much here.

Not a friendly place to dine. The staff is very gossipy and racist. I went here to eat lunch with my mom and sister, as we were waiting to order I noticed two men who were staff staring and speaking about my mother and I. Then when it came time to pay the cashier was trying to scam my mom who barely speaks english into tipping the amount that she wanted to get. I quickly intervened and chose what I thought she even deserved. She repeatedly started saying "small,small,small" as to indicate I tipped a small amount. I just ignored her. As we were eating a elderly woman of color walked in and they all stared. When she walked out they all started talking about her and laughing while staring at her walking out of the establishment. For the food, it is extremely oily and flavorless. If you are looking for a nice meal and a peaceful lunch this is not the place!

Not a good experience, charge 50 cents for a debit card and 50 cents for a tiny chili oil . Also found something like a piece of small glass in my food

This is the worst customer service and food is too inconsistent. Its not the language barrier that is a problem its the fact that they almost seem like they try to rush you out and have No patience to try to understand what you are saying. They think you're stupid.

I have been to this place for years, they are very nice and reasonable price in there. They have a note says .50 cents charge for under $10 amount. The tips is optional, you can choose not pay tips, therefore, I think everything is reasonable and acceptable for us when we buy food there!

Sad to say I'm a regular customer here, and a student at CCC. It's very convenient to grab something really quick nearby between classes. First visit food was fresh and amazing. Later on the food started going downhill... The food doesn't look as advertising anymore, as I sat down to eat my food. I see the workers in the back very unsanitary work the cash registered and then go to the back to cook more food without washing hands nor the use of gloves. As I was eating the food it was very hard and dried out as if it was yesterday's batch. (Came in around 11am) Later on in the day I started to feel very nauseous. Later that night I woke up out of my sleep and almost began to throw up. If I can give this place a 0 star I would! I wouldn't suggest anymore to go here anymore save your money!!!

First of all, when you pay using a card, the lady will shove you the credit card reader device asking for a tip. I wouldn't mind giving a tip if I was eating their, but I order to go. And this was my first visit. It's like she's putting you on the spot imo. Anyways, food is good. good portion. I rank it a bit above the one in san pablo (Asian Delight). The fried fish taste better, so is the mix vegetables w/shrimp.

Worst Chinese I've ever had the displeasure of trying. I bought a big plate and I'm really frustrated at how awful it is. None of the workers speak enough English to answer basic questions about combo plates, frustrating in it's self. Items they ran out of that come with my plate were replaced by other items, only for them to charge me extra for those items! I've been here twice and this time was the last. My food was cold. Not worth coming here 2hrs before closing. The rice was awful and noodles tasted old and lacked flavor. Disappointing. The only other time I came here, the food was decent which is why I can't back. Today it was literally the worst Chinese I've ever had. And asking for tips the way they do when you pay is just ridiculous.

I really don't understand the awful reviews on here. The prices are cheap and the food is good for the price honestly. They fill up your whole container and it's awesome. This is not the best Chinese food spot by any means but it's a good place to quickly grab some and go. you're paying $7 for 3 items... not sure why people are expecting the most authentic and amazing food ever.

This is my favorite place to eat on a rainy day grab me some soup and find a good movie and im so good.

If I could give zero stars I would. These women behind the counter are the meanest I have ever encountered. The older woman got seriously angry because I did not tip her. I have witnessed her do this to others too. How dare she try to force customers to tip her.

One word: NASTY! The service left much to be desired. Stood in line for a few moments before they even acknowledged my presence. Took another few moment just to pay. Fried rice and chow mien were pretty flavorless. Sesame chicken was pretty salty. I wouldn't suggest eating here. Save your money and time.

Big portions, good food but...if i feel that they're talking bout me or other customers"they get no tip" shame cause everywhere I go to eat I TIP n if its goid I TIP BIG, but still good food

I can't believe I actually tried pre made Chinese food from a place I've never been too & without checking Yelp first. I broke the Yelp code... My phone was almost dead, my bf said stop there because his last name is Lee so it must be good, I was fresh off a 9.5 hour shift..... This place is GHETTO, the staff is hood, no denying that. But sometimes the hoodrat in me comes out and I say F it. The food is cheap as ever & comes in family size portions, this is a high school kids dream. Some stuff is flavorless, other stuff is OK, I guess you take a gamble. It's closer than Chef's, but I'll continue to drive those extra miles. Maybe if they updated the interior and went easy on the grease they'd be a 3 star.

Was craving some Chinese food, was in the area so decided to try this place. The noodles were greasy, the fried rich was meh, the broccoli for the broccoli and beef needs to be cut up a bit more. I don't believe I had any beef with it (not complaining too much, I need the veggies). I also had sweet and sour pork. Not the greatest. Walking in and picking my sides, the woman didn't have the best attitude. The credit card machine took a while, not sure if it was human error or their internet connection is just too slow. They have huge portions, food is ok for fast food. I may come back when I'm not looking for amazing food but need a quick bite.

I just tried to order some food to go, and I couldn't understand the woman I was speaking with, so I asked her politely to say that again slower and more carefully and she hung up on me! I called back twice and she wouldn't even answer the phone.
