All I can Say is Life Saver! Lewis has been assisting me with the rental properties we manage, and on a few occasions I have asked for the impossible and he just comes through every time. One thing I really love about him and his crew is their attention to detail. The properties we rent are usually not cheap and his attention to detail makes a huge difference in the amount of rent we get for our places. His team is on time and they clean up. I have had many painters assist us before and I can always count on LB Services to do the job right the first time, which is a big time saver for me and my team.

If you need someone who is professional, honest and really knows his craft I will recommend you give them a shot. I know that he is my go to painting team.

Lewis and his team were great with the interior and exterior painting of a home I was having remodeled.    They even came back to help with touch ups during the other renovations, and made sure we were satisfied with the end result.   I  would definitely recommend them.

Lewis and his worker did a great job painting my interior. I felt he quoted a great price and did a great job. He made sure the use a paint that didn't smell strong which was nice since I'm pregnant. He was very professional and kept in contact with me the whole time until the job was completed. We will definitely use him again for any other painting needs.

The estimator David had Superior customer service and was always available for my questions and concerns. They worked with me when I made changes and his advice assisted in my home being painted properly. They did forget to finish the painting of the frame of my door and when I called back the owner took my information, but never got back to me. I had to hire someone to finish their job. Disappointed.

Lewis did a complex job with high ceilings, curved walls, stairs and skylights. it's been over a year and we absolutely love the paint. Lines are sharp clean. Top-notch quality. They are worth the slight premium.

I will just share my recent experience with LB services and painting. They gave me a really good/ low bid on 1bedroom condo. work that needed; fill in holes on walls, re texture those areas, change all the doors, paint walls and ceilings, fix few cabinets, and replace dishwasher and faucet. All was done in a right way to satisfy me. Mr Lewis stayed very very late finish on time and installed the dishwasher too. yay :) I will add pictures before and after.

I am giving 5 stars because, work was done on time, work was done in correctly, and most importantly priced well. what else I could ask for.

The job that Lewis and his team did while they were at our house was great. They even threw in the closets for free, which I really appreciated. The price was a little high compared to other companies that I had estimate the space, but I had heard good things about their work, so I figured I'd pay a bit extra for a better job.

However, once our new tenants moved in, they mentioned the garbage disposal not working. It had worked when the last set of tenants were there so it seemed suspicious. We called our the warranty service to take a look at it and they said they wouldn't replace the garbage disposal because someone had poured paint down the drain.

Realizing that it must have been once of Lewis' workers, I put together an email with what we discovered, the notes from the call with the warranty service provider, and the receipt for the new garbage disposal that we had to buy out of pocket and my husband had to spend his time installing.

What's disappointing is that Lewis never responded back to my first email, and then only after I emailed him again to ask if he'd seen it did he acknowledge anything. Then he asked for some photo proof (understandable) but since we didn't have any, I gave him the home warranty phone call notes and suggested that he follow up with them for the details of what they found in the disposal.

After providing him with that information, I've emailed him twice to get an update and have not heard back. It's been another month now with no response. For how much we paid for the job that Lewis' team did, I'd expect some better communication with customers. It appears to me that his way of trying to solve an issue is to just ignore it and hope it will go away, so be forewarned.

Really, these guys were As good as it gets.  I was in a rush and LB Painting came up big time!  Working under a tight budget and tighter time line, these guys came in and did an awesome paint job.  On top of that, they were able to do some other stuff around the house so I didn't have to get an additional contractor.  Give them a call, you'll be glad you did.

LB Painting and Service painted my condo at the end of January this year. First, Lewis made our appointment on time. His team finished the job on time, and the quality is also excellent. He came back and did a few touch ups. It was a pleasure to do business with Lewis. His service charge is in line.

LB Painters painted the interior of our new house.  The house has high ceilings and a lot of intricate molding and detail.  The job that they did was perfect and within in the time frame they proposed.  We were looking for a company that would provide high quality painting at a fair price and Lewis and his team delivered.  They also did an impeccable job with cleanup, which is a complaint you often hear about in reviews of painters.

We could not be happier and will use them in the near future to paint the house exterior.  Lewis is amazing! He was highly communicative and went above and beyond with service.  The term "customer delight" is being used a lot around the valley these days - LB Painters achieved this. We are very happy!!

Our house was in need of painting. I wanted to find someone who is both professional and affordable. LB Services and Painting are those people!!!

Lewis came early last tuesday to paint our house and shed. I knew the color i wanted but couldnt explain it to him. He went through the paint with me for over an hour until i was sure of the palette i wanted to look at every day for the next 10+ years, he didnt rush me, or try to get me to want something different, which is what im used to with contractors and painters. He also made it clear that if i didnt like the colors once they were on the house, he would paint another color! thats a next level of service!

It took 3.5 days for them to finish my house. Their (Lewis and his superb guy Lupe) attention to detail is something i highly appreciate. Every little thing he ran into he notified me, every little crease and bend they paid extreme detail in masking off, and with a huge landscaped yard, did everything above and beyond to make sure all of our trees and plants were well protected.

Lewis has followed up with me twice already making sure they didnt miss anything.
We are going to hire him to come back and repair our shed, and if my husband allows i have a few other projects i would like him and his crew to tackle

LB Service and Painting are wonderful, professional, quick and highly affordable.

If you dont believe me, believe my 5 neighbors who have asked me for his contact because they are so impressed with my house.

My sister just purchased her 1st fixer upper and it was in dire need of a lot of things with paint work being one of them. LB Services was recommended by a friend of mine who had his home painted recently so I forwarded the info to my lil' sis. She got in touch with Lewis, the proprietor, and said he was very professional and easy to communicate with while they negotiated the contract.

Long story short, Lewis and co. knocked everything out (inside/outside of a 4bdrm, 3bthrm house) in less than a week! Super impressive and his crew traveled from the South Bay to the East Bay to complete the job! I'm glad LB Services was recommended since the fam bam was happy with the work done. Anyone in need of new paint for their property should definitely consider getting in touch with Lewis. You won't find this level of craftsmanship or attention to detail from big name contractors so support small businesses like this one! Deuces.

I wanted to write a review for a while now since we had our house painted this past summer. We found Lewis and his crew on Yelp as we are new to the area (Foster City CA). We had gone thru a fairly extensive remodel on the interior of our home and it was time to tackle the exterior of the house. Lewis arrived on time, gave us as much time as we needed to walk him around the property and explain what we had in mind. We asked for suggestions and his opinion in dealing with color selections etc. once we decided on the colors Lewis sent a detailed bid for us to consider. We chose him for his ability to keep his word and offer honest professional advise. The end result is a beautifully painted house that makes us happy every time we pull up out front!

We were so happy with our results that we chose to use Lewis on a few rental properties that we manage. Once again Lewis and Jose did a fantastic job on drywall repairs and interior painting. We could not be more happier with the consistent high quality results and highly recommend LB Services and Painting whenever we can! We will definitely use LB Services for our future painting projects as well!

Let me just start by saying that all the five star reviews are well deserved by LB [Lewis] and they do hold true.
I needed to get my bedroom painted and a couple of other little things that needed some work.  I was impressed by the level of professionalism put forth by Lewis.  He was super responsive and straightforward with my concerns which started with me selecting a color that didn't work out so well when on the walls but he went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the results by researching the other colors I had to consider and ensured the room turned out as I had envisioned. Pricing was also good and Lewis was very accomodating schedule wise.  Overall- great job!!

I found LB Services on yelp and I definitely will be using them goingforward for future projects as well.

Had LB paint the exterior of my house. Lewis Yang was the boss. He was very personable and explained all the services in detail. He had me pick up samples for testing at a local Sherwin-Williams store and had them charged to his account so I didn't have to pay. The two workers, Ugo?? and Ariel were very hard working, meticulous. and friendly They started on a Wed. and finished on a Sat. All in all very satisfied with the job they did. Would definitely recommend them for painting the exterior of your house.

Our entire office needed some work done and I came across LB Services & Painting. Lewis and his team's workmanship is exceptional. Pricing for the services he offers is very competitive and the quality of product is top notch. He is highly professional. He was able to answer all queries addressed to him in a confident manner and he was able to deliver what was expected from him. I highly recommend LB Services & Painting for quality product delivery.

Just had Lewis and company paint the exterior of my house. Found him on Yelp and checked his license to make sure everything was in order. (License up to date and insurance was in place.) Called him for a quote and he was very responsive, coming out that same evening and sending me a written quote by email that night. His quote came in very competitively of the three that I got.

Lewis and his team knocked out the work in four days which is no small feat considering the house was three levels. I appreciated the fact that Lewis was available (in person or by phone) and quick to answer any questions or coordinate so my wife or I would always have access to the house while he and his workers painted/ prepped.

I am impressed by the quality of the workmanship as were many of my neighbors who have asked me for his contact information. (Lewis is starting on one of my neighbors' house today.) He addressed all the areas that we thought needed special attention beforehand and all the areas that we thought needed more attention while his work was in progress. His workers left the worksite clean and tidy.

My wife and I are totally satisfied with his work and would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone.

Lewis and his team were recommended by another neighbor of ours.   Lewis and his team showed us some old fashioned great work ethic.  We had a few minor hiccups but fixed right away!  

Lewis's team worked all week and were done with our two story within 4 days.  We are very happy with our new house color and glad to have worked with him and his crew.  

His crew even cared enough to make our fence look better.  

We live in an association and just painting our house took some time.  Thank you thank you for being a part of a process that was begun years ago.

I am sorry that I am writing this review so late because of my busy schedule.  I put five stars on your rating. I would rate you five star plus if I can.

Our house was totally trashed by our tenants.  There were many holes on the walls.  The wood frames were chipped.   I was so distraught and didn't know if we still wanted to move back to this house.

I interviewed four companies.  Lewis sounded somebody who I could trust.  He talked in lengths about how he would work to fix the house.  I mentioned to him that my expectation might be a little high since we had been living in the house we bought new .  I sent him two pictures of the white doors of our house to see if they could do something like that.  Lewis explained to me what kind of paint would make it work.

Working with Lewis and his team was very easy because  Lewis is very knowledgeable and his team has high standard so there was not a lot that we needed to say.  Sitting back and watching we saw our house came back to life.   We so appreciated that Lewis brought us hope to our house.  The holes were filled with the exact same texture.  The painting job was beautifully done.  

After painting we did wood flooring, carpeting, tiles and granite counter tops.  For all these contractors we hired we are rating LB Services & Painting the best.

This is indeed a great company.  Lewis says want they do.  They are meticulous attention to details.   They are a young company and want to please their customers with their good work.  They did it to us.  I highly recommending them. Just read all the ratings of their customers you know you will not be disappointed.
