Its hard to find a lawfirm you can trust and this is a firm that has gained my trust. i had my DUI case resolved with them, my husband and son currently have a personal injury case after getting struck by a vehicle while on a motorcycle. Matthew and his crew are always on top of their game. I love the way i receive updates about the case and don't need to be calling to bother anyone. I highly recommend this lawfirm to anyone especially if you have been in any kind of accident you know that Matthew and his crew will take care of you!

a friend of mine was utilizing this law firm and they showed how incompetent they are. They are horrible at communicating updates, including court appearance notices (that landed my friend in jail for days, then moved to a different jail without the firm knowing) and the lawyer on the case almost being nonexistent. The case manager was the one in contact with the family and friends and not once gave a number to be contacted by. I see more reviews about this firm being a hit or miss but truly take it as a miss. Incompetence shouldn't go unpunished, especially when other people's lives are at stake. granted, I'm just a friend but why would the family lie, what would they gain? take that how you will but it would behoove you to steer clear of this firm and choose another.

Right now I'm almost a year into my case....they never call back ..and the case managers change every few mths.They have so many cases that yours may not be a priority went to the doc who referred me and told him you did me wrong.....Now when you can reach them they are nice and professional...I

The best and most efficient law firm in Atlanta. Law offices of Matthew C. Hines not only worked so diligently throughout my case but had one of the kindest people I've ever met. They do it all! Anything from workers comp cases to motor vehicle accidents or Criminal cases etc! Definitely come here if you want to be in good hands.

a friend of mine had an arrest warrant out in his name because of this law firms incompetence, dispassionate work, and absence in this case. not one person in this law firm was aware of a pending court date. let alone an arrest warrant. Nick Kasatkin did a lousy job at engaging or even problem solving. i do not recommend this lawyer nor the law firm. there was no reason someone should have spent the holidays behinds bars when it could have all been avoided to begin with. he showed up to his first 3 appearances, why would he not show to the 4th? why was no one in the law firm aware of this court date either? it's a shame seeing people enter a profession, which is a profession where you are supposed to HELP people out, as a simple dollar amount. be aware please!

If you are in a legal bind, DO NOT hire this law firm. They truly do not care about nor value their clients. They are money hungry and do not have a desire to help people. My friend's partner hired this law firm to help them, but unfortunately that was not the case. My friend's partner was in jail for days, during the holidays, due to the negligence of this law firm. Their partner had a court date, but their lawyer did not inform them because they claimed they "didn't know." The lawyer didn't know about a court date? The lawyer? Then, the firm switched lawyers without notifying my friend. While I understand that the firm may have the "right" to do this, shouldn't they at least notify their client if they do this? Also, the firm kept changing the case manager which clearly was not ideal since the case manager was the only point of contact. Additionally, my friend did not speak to the lawyer often, and it seemed like the lawyer was avoiding them. Then when it was finally time to speak to the lawyer, Nick Kasatkin, he was very condescending. Kasatkin tried to intimidate my friend during conversations by using legal jargon that my friend would not understand. Also, he would not explain what the legal terms meant. Kasatkin was extremely rude. Anytime my friend called the office to get an update on their partner, the office sounded very annoyed. My friend and their partner felt helpless. The Law Offices of Matthew Hines is not passionate about helping people at all. They are not empathetic at all. They are not "for the people" at all. Don't be fooled by the Spanish on their instagram or website. They prey on the Latino community and take advantage of them. Look at the negative reviews. They are telling the truth. Do yourself a favor and find another law firm. This one is NOT IT!

First, he was late 4 hours to our first meeting! Matthew Hines convinced me to stick with him! After several months Mr Mann told me he made a plea deal to get me off the DUI charge if I accepted a failure to maintain lanes and probation! I told him that I would never accept probation! He then said that if I didn't accept the deal that he would no longer represent me , so I fired him , 2 weeks before I went to court! He also made up some crap about that I told him that I admit to crossing the yellow lines all the time. He must be smoking crack, I never said that! Also I had asked him to talk to reporter Rachael Polanski from channel 46 news, and he refused!
I tried for a year to get the Bar ASSO to get back some of my $2,500.00 that I had paid him, but they proved less than useless!
I went to court, by myself and got a verdict better than what he offered!
I did plead to failure to maintain lanes, which I didn't do!
Hanes Law and Fredrick Mann proved to be less than useful, and I caution anyone, not to use them; I'm a disabled Vet and I lost $2,500.00 with nothing ,but headache to show for it! Semper Fidelis Daniel M Burkett

I would definitely recommend the Law Office of Matthew C. Hines to anyone in need of legal assistance or anyone involved in personal injury. Not only are they very professional, but very prompt and actually take the time to follow up on my case, which shows me that they care. I've used there legal services multiple times and have never been disappointed.

I love that my attorney answered all my concerns and that made it easier for me to be at peace. It's really nerve racking when you are in a crash and you are in pain and the stress of the whole thing, makes things worse.
