Let me state the facts and only the facts.

They do not give any copies of paperwork to the client, none, nada zip! Never!

They do not communicate well, no email, no phone calls.

They are rude, they speak down to clients.

They do not explain fees/costs well, in fact they do not even go over fees and give no final case closing or list of fees. Seems odd, seems strange and seeems illegal. SEEMS is key word.

They dont keep good records, seems they lost our original contract. Yep, loco eh?
No records, no papertrail does not make for good lawyering.

I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy.

These are the facts of the experience with Terbeek law.

My Mother has been seeing this Lawyer for some time now and the only thing that she has received is emotional pain in the sense that Workers comp insurance has stopped paying her and she is now stressed with trying to make ends meet some how. Now I am going to have to report this to the Lawyers Bar and to the California Department of Insurance.... Well Wish my mother Luck because Marc has bee a Dead end.

Defemation is when someone says things that are not of material facts of in which this case they are.

I wish I never came here for my workers comp case. they do not call me back or even respond to my letters. Find another workers comp attorney because Myra and Marc are not helpful.
