A really great spot in downtown Owego. The ambiance is warm, the food is super fresh and flavorful, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Typical Mexican fare with a lot of options, including GF corn tortillas and a new vegan spiced quinoa option. They have several "Build Your Own" options available, but I highly recommend trying their menu items like their street taco options if it's your first time.

Inside they have booths and tables socially distanced. On their pickup table they have a sign asking you not to touch anything yourself and to ask for assistance, which is great. They also have a balcony seating area outside overlooking the river, which is especially nice when the flowers are in bloom with warm weather along the riverwalk.

Ordering ahead online was slightly awkward, as they there was no estimated pickup time. It took about 20 minutes from ordering to get our food (shrimp salad bowl and burrito) on what seemed like a slower paced day, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Also, you can't pay ahead online, you must pay inside, which is not really a problem. They accidentally charged me for extra protein but were honest enough to refund me after they noticed the mistake (which I didn't notice). Even though it was less than $2, that was appreciated!

It doesn't get much better than taco Tuesday with home made tortillas overlooking the river. My husband and I stumbled upon this gem one evening after working in the area. We shared a plate of fresh chips with guac and pico. Then we each had two delicious tacos. Hubby had the daily special which was a steak taco on a sour cream infused tortilla with lots of other goodies- yummy. He also had a chicken and salsa verde taco. I had the chicken with red sauce and the Hawaiian chicken. Both were good but the one with the red sauce was the standpoint. We only wished they had real margaritas to go with it, but the beer and wine were good. We will surely return next time we are in town.

Great local woman owned place. Fast casual concept. Super fresh everything. We started with the steak nachos, which are a bit over priced, but they were delicious. Highly recommend. The woman at the counter, was she the owner?, recommended the burrito which my friend got. It looked amazing. And huge! I got a couple of tacos. Very tasty as well but the burrito looked better. Plus they have a selection of hot sauces ranging from mild to pretty hot. Definitely a must try when in Owego!

Visited the area overnight for a Covid shot (far drive from home) ... so not really a fun trip, but we ate here and it was absolutely delicious! Nachos were awesome. Hubby had a burrito with steak fries. Also really good. Recommend for sure.

First timers, we needed a good place to bring the MIL for her birthday lunch, I think we will be back every week or two!! Very helpful and friendly staff, super kind and that is always appreciated! The FOOD...I was definitely looking forward to dousing my tacos in hot sauce (per yeewsh) but not ever eating here, had to go in virgin style!!!! I never added hot sauce, did not need it, next time (depending if I don't try something new) for sure for a spicy kick most of us love as they had a kick a** hot sauce bar!! The decor was everything and more but not too much and the atmosphere was really good...smiles on the customers dining and ordering as well as the workers serving, cooking and taking orders. I believe her name was Jackie? She was beyond helpful and lead us in all the right directions as soon as we walked in!!

We were excited to try this spot. Seemed really neat when we walked in - nicely decorated. Some open tables to sit at.  

Imagine our surprise when we were told it would be an hour long wait for food. And the way it was told to us was rather unsettling - almost like it was our problem, not theirs. Staff and restaurant seem to be understaffed and overwhelmed. Will not be making trip to Owego again for this restaurant.

Ordered a burrito bowl to go, forget about the bowl being filled to the top literally the bottom of the bowl wasn't even filled  . Like I understand if you don't fill the takeout bowl to the top with something but I mean from side to side the entire bottom of the plastic bowl wasn't even filled with food  SMH lol......about half of one side was filled with rice beans cheese sour cream and guacamole..... And that side wasn't even filled to the top hahahahah. It was totally worth the $10 I paid just to see something so incredibly silly and hilarious. I also got a burrito that they couldn't even fill, bit into the end of it to find nothing but tortilla wrapper. Apparently rice is expensive nowadays

A bright, warm and and cheery spot to grab a fresh bite to eat - I might even say a slice of Sonora in the southern tier.

I was so happy to find hand made fresh hot tortillas.. this is not tex mex and not some mass produced tortillas. The flavor and the texture both spoke of someone using the tortilla press in the kitchen.

I noticed that they have the tortas - sandwiches
Which I would love to come back and try.

I chose the chicken verde which had a great mix of textures and was flavorful. If you like spice like me, no worries there are plenty of choices for hot sauce to add.  

I also had the fish taco which wish had more crema and cilantro. It was still delicious.

On my way out I noticed that they have a back deck that looks awesome for the warmer weather.

The food is usually really good but the last few times we have ordered it's been bland and not as fresh as it used to be. The staff also seems to be less than enthused to be there.
