Made a appointment for my girlfriend to have her hair done, the ladies were very nice and inviting. They took great care of her and are very professional. An interesting point is the staff does not turn over, the individual who cut my girlfriends hair had been there for 3 1/2 years my place is been open for four. To me that's a great sign.

An absolutely amazing experience! Very friendly front desk staff and the salon is so lovely and clean.
I'm starting a new job very soon so I called at the last minute for an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in today. Normally I know I would not be so lucky.
Mieke did an amazing job cutting my hair! She was very friendly and let me be a Chatty Cathy since I rarely see human beings during Covid. LOL
The cut itself is great and she did exactly as I asked! She even styled it and it looks really great! Great conversation and fantastic hair...what more can you ask for?
I'm fairly new to Raleigh and had not been to a salon yet and in one shot I found my go-to place! I'll be coming here for all of my services!

I was expecting and told $42 and charged $69.00 was put on my credit card. I say I'll get a glass of wine at the local tavern...JUST GIVE ME A GOOD/GREAT HAIRCUT

Thanks to Inna, I have beautiful blonde hair and a great cut. Inna was patient and did an amazing job. I came in with multiple color "rings" of blonde and needing a great cut and Inna was a pro. So happy to find Larkspur and Inna!

I've been going to this salons for over a year now and have had nothing but a great experience. I'm not sure what changed in management or staff. But I was severely offended by their treatment, audacity and general lack of professionalism. I definitely NEVER go back and will be sure to tell everyone about how awful the people are at this place.

I will never go back here. I went to get about 1-2 inches cut off. I normally have short hair but I had been growing it out. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and even indicated on my hair how much I wanted cut off. She cut off probably 4-5 inches and left my hair shorter than it has ever been. She made me look absolutely atrocious. Once my hair was wet she didn't even confirm how much length I wanted cut off, she just started cutting. At that point, there was nothing I could do except pray that the cut would soon end and I could go cry in my car. I can't believe I paid 70 dollars for a haircut that makes me look like a high school boy. This is the ugliest I've ever looked. Please for the sake of your sanity do not go to this salon.

I got a haircut from Meg a couple weeks ago and it was hands down the best salon experience I have ever had. To be fair, I typically go to Supercuts and get a simple trim. However, this time I wanted a brand new style and therefore wanted to go to somewhere a little more upscale.

Meg was my hair stylist and I could not be happier with the service she provided. From washing my hair to making sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it, she was phenomenal. I knew the general style I wanted but she continued to check in with me throughout the haircut to make sure the length was what I wanted, that my bangs were the right length and style, and that I liked the end result. She also gave me her thoughts and suggestions when I asked and I was happy to get some expert input to help ease my indecision. At the end, I was very pleased with how it turned out and would not hesitate to come back here. I am already looking forward to my next hair appointment so I can feel pampered and taken care of all over again!

Manicurist 'Young' dremmeled (sp?) my nails down so thin that I continue to deal with broken, split and
chipped nails. She took over 2 hours to do a gel manicure that I was so frustrated told myself I'd NEVER go back there again. They persisted in calling me to offer a reschedule and do over but for what... to thin my nails down further? NO THANK YOU!!! Watch out here-high price for little value. Worst experience ever... and I'm not a complainer!

This salon really rolls out the red carpet for new clients. I was able to choose 3 included services with the hair service I was getting. I got my brows filled in, a cuticle treatment and a lavender aroma therapy while my hair wash being washed and massaged.

Anna was the stylist that was soonest available when I made my appointment. I was hesitant to try a junior stylist because I am picky with my shade of blonde and still have a bit of transition from last year's red hair color. Plus, there were no photos or posts of Anna's work on social media (note to salon - please expose all of your stylists on social media!) she did a great job. My highlights blended perfectly. She did a toner after my highlights processed which I do prefer because I like my blonde to be more ashy/cool. The hair cut was also done well. My hair feels a lot healthier after this visit.

After I was done I got a welcome package and then a few days later I got a thank you card. Really great client service at this salon. Although I've only been once so far, it was a good experience and look forward to continuing to be a client.

The sweetest staff. The salon smells amazing. Extremely Covid cautious. A lot to offer more than hair. Got an amazing wash , hand massage , and blow out by Chris. They got me in within a couple hours. Took their time making me look and feel amazing. I can't wait to go back when I'm in town.

Meg is AMAZING! I moved to Raleigh 3 years ago and haven't been to the same stylist twice...Not only have I gone back, I let her color my hair! I haven't let anyone do that in 10 years. Meg is sweet, friendly, attentive, great listener and SO FUN! (And this is all during COVID). Kudos to the entire staff and owner for a great atmosphere and the most reasonable prices for outstanding service. This is my new go-to!
