I do not have enough words to express how Confident I feel about this Company to recommend to everyone who needs help as much as my husband and I did. Very professional, had my Loan on time, as they promised and very good communication.
I extremely recommend Lantzman lending.

They are Fast and Efficient with any loan they process. I have had done 2 loan with them and words can describe there effort and expertise when helping me get financed. Bottom line is they can get you loan in a day or two if you own a house free and clear. There rates are very good as well. Other Hard Money places will take minimally a week to process a loan.

For Hard Money Lantzman Lending is the only way to go

Lantzman has funded my real estate project quickly. They are willing to extend my loan given my good payment history. One of the officers, Joel, is great to talk to and when I need to escalate a concern, he is my 'Go To' person and succeeds in addressing my concern. Thank you!!!
