I have very mixed feelings about this place, while Dr. Gregory Kruper was o.k., he does listens to your problems ,but the truth is, he didn't do anything for me, I should has demanded my money back and the technician that did the ear tests on me was also o.k, but when you have to deal with the stuck up clerical staff, specially the manager is something else. There are 3 to 4 lady clerks , only one was genuinely nice and helpful . The manager didn't want to accept a payment which cover 90% of what I owed one day ,she acted like I was trying to take out a loan, she wanted the whole payment or she would send my acct. to collection , if it weren't that God put a lady there for me, I won't mention her name because I don't want to put her on a spot, who went in there and convinced the so called manager to accept my payment. Then after I got my hearing aids from this place, the lady clerks kept giving me run around when I called and ask for the hearing ids lady, that she wasn't there that day, then I called back on the day I was told she would be there, only to be told the same thing. If you don't mind dealing with stuck up clerical personnel , and an even worst office manager , go for it, as for me, I'll never go back to this place. Learn from other people's experiences I always say.

No one likes to go to an ENT, but when you have to go, our family has found the Doctors here are great at explaining and taking care of things fast.

While Dr Kruper has a pleasurable bedside manner he also maintains a god complex as most specialists do.
I'm not going into great detail but I will say if you need surgery, go somewhere else.
At the time of this writing, 1-31-2020, I now need to find another ent.
I was sent to Dr Kraper last year July with a golf ball sized lump left side neck.
Surgery scheduled shortly afterwards, so I'm at Condell for my surgery as scheduled but I could not get a driver. They refused to work with me and cancelled my surgery.
Went for another appt with kraper and he said maybe I can squeeze you in on 12-20-2019 but could not so now my surgery is scheduled now for 1-13-2020.
All this time the lump is growing and painful. Since 12-20 I've called his office each week to make sure the appt on 1-13 is a go and each time his staff would give me the greenn light. On Wednesday 1-11 I called as usual to make sure we clear for surgery and now his staff is telling me they have cancelled my surgery because there is an open order for a pending stress test.
They knew this back in July as well as December of 2019 and said nothing.
I took the stress test, which came back clear, called kraper useless staff to reschedule and was told I have been cancelled as a patient because "I" cancelled my previous 2 surgeries and therefore kraper will no longer see me.
Thought he took the hypocratic oath but apparently his god complex overruled that and actually him into hypocrit.
There are many reviews out there stating the same thing, I urge to listen to them and find another ENT.

I truly do not recommend visiting this office. Front staff is rude and unprofessional. Overall had a negative experience. Was over charged for my visit and when called and asked for an explanation was simply told if I do not pay I will be sent to collections. This clinic is the definition of poor health care.

I had an excellent experience here! Wait time is reasonable,staff are friendly and I will be forever thankful to Dr. Kruper for everything he did for my child. His bedside manner is great. He really took the time to listen to what was going on. We finally got the answers we were looking for. We went to another local head and neck surgeon previously, but Dr. Kruper was the one to finally help us. My husband and I are so thankful we came here.

Beautiful clean facility, wonderful service and a great staff. Did not have to wait too long (I printed my paperwork ahead of time). I have seen Dr. Kruper and Dr. Desai whom are both very patient and take the time to listen to you. I have referred Lake County ENT to my friends and family.

The front desk staff, especially the office manager, is significantly rude and unprofessional. I have never been this disappointed with the quality of patient care at a medical office. I do not recommend anyone here since you will end up dealing with a horrible and incompetent front desk staff.

Everyone at the office treated me kindly and respectfully. Dr. Kruper was amazing. He has an excellent bedside manner, something that is hard to come by! He took great care of my infant that needed tubes. He gave thorough explanations but not with too much medical jargon. He answered questions and I never felt rushed. He creates a sense of calmness and reassurance. I'm eager to go back for myself. I've recommended them to everyone I know.

Dr. Desai performed a full thyroidectomy and neck dissection on me after determining I have thyroid cancer. He quickly became my favorite doctor in this whole process. His knowledge and expertise is clear and made it easy for me to trust him to perform the surgery. He truly cares about his patients, and I can't imagine a better person for the job.

Dr. Gregory J. Kruper is fantastic. He listens to what you have to say and doesn't speak over your head. They treat you with respect from the time you walk in to the time you leave. The ladies in the front are the best. I would highly recommend them.
