I live in the neighborhood and have always enjoyed viewing the flower arrangements in the windows. Therefore I decided to stop in to see what they would suggest for my Halloween covid afternoon outdoor small wedding. I talked with Margie and she had wonderful ideas for the Halloween flower colors orange roses with purple, gold and black complements. The prices were so reasonable I decided to get wrist corsages and boutonnieres for all of the guests as well. They delivered the flowers on time and they were so perfect I had to call to thank them. I highly recommend La Salle FLower shop for all ofyour floral needs!

I take this moment to express my gratitude towards a business that is so dedicated to what they do. I accidentally picked up the wrong delivery. Who knew there were two ladies in the complex who shrared the same name?? Once the mishap was figured out, the very kind and nice peeps at Lasalle Flowers sent me a beautiful bouquet. It's just a friendly reminder that there are some amazing and kind people out there. I wish us all the same gratitude as we move into 2024. Thank you

I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED...
This past Tuesday was my wife's birthday, I thought I'd have La Salle Flower
design a special arrangement for her., La Salle made another special arrangement for me in November for the staff of my condo's management company in gratitude for a favor they did for me.
Well, La Salle slapped together an arrangement that, in my opinion,
was pathetic and far from worth the money,. Take a look at the
pictures of the arrangement below and see for yourself. The arrangement
is far from creative and far from worth $100 +
Also the flowers lasted 2 days before they had to be thrown out,

Top notch florist in Chicago. They have been my go to for delivering flowers downtown for two decades. Their quality is outstanding and their customer service is even better. Sure uncontrollable "life" events happen. LaSalle Flowers will do what they can to make sure your memorable event is still memorable. I look forward to my next order from them.

I called around to find a fall bouquet for the host for our dinner tomorrow, the first florist said they had arrangements and not to order anything so I went in...to my disappointment, they did not have anything that made sense, particularly given the description I had provided.
I called this location next and showed up with no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. It only were my expectations met, they were exceeded and I wish I had gone there first! They had a variety of fall arrangement at different price points but they also had some in vases, some without (which I had expressly said was my preference), and the transaction was efficient and the staff were very helpful!

Dead flowers after 2 days!
I received flowers for Mothers Day on the Saturday before. Monday I came home to dead flowers especially the roses hanging limp. It is clear those flowers were not fresh. The shop is filthy and even the sign on the outside hasn't lit properly in years.
Flowers are such a lovely gift to receive but when they die so quickly it really loses its charms. This was definitely a case of the "It's the thought that counts" as I was so honored to be have received them but the arrangement left much to be desired.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 1 - Aug 14, 2022
I called they were super helpful. I walked over picked up my peace lily for my concierge that just lost her brother. The plant was beautiful. So much so she cried when I gave it to her. Thanks so much for the great service!

This was my first and last time frequenting this store, I bought hydrangeas on 18 August had a nice chat with the lady at the shop at the time, and I also bought oasis so that I can properly arrange my flowers. It cost me roughly $32 for 3 flowers. She gave me no instructions on how to care for them nor did she discourage me from purchasing that oasis for them. I placed my flowers in a vase, using the oasis ample water, and let the flowers sit. I woke up the next morning as I was headed out for work, i noticed they were browning so i quickly googled and saw that I could cut the stems and take out the oasis. I had a 24 hour shift at the hospital that day and when I got back to the apartment the stench from the wilted flowers was everywhere, I tossed them away And tried to call the flower shop the next day. I wasn't able to get anyone to respond to my call and I didn't have time to go back to the shop. I did take pictures of the flowers before I threw them away. I was finally able to find some time to make a call between seeing my patients and I was put on a 15 minute wait to speak to the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever spoken with. she wouldn't let me get two words in and immediately said there are no refunds if you wanted the flowers to be changed, you should've bought them the next day and I never even asked for a refund. I tried to explain to her what happened, but she would not stop talking over or apologize for the incident, all I wanted was flowers with a reasonable shelf life and this woman didn't allow me to explain what happened. I ended the call abruptly when she started screaming at me for questioning why $30 worth of three hydrangeas died in less than six hours. Please spare yourself and find any other shop in this extremely unprofessional flower shop!

I wanted to send same-day flowers to a friend who received some sad news, and I so appreciate local businesses like La Salle Flowers that are able to same-day deliver gorgeous amazing products to help in a time of grief. They offer a very high quality product and service and I cannot recommend enough!

DON'T GET YOUR FLOWERS HERE. BEWARE. This is the most unprofessional flower shop. I ordered last 9th Feb and no one tried to get in touch with me regarding visa card problem. Hence, no flowers arrived in my wife's place. Good that THE EVER RELIABLE ODE LA ROSE FLOWER SHOP saved the Valentine's Day using the same visa card. I was hoping that I can help the other flower shops but La Salle failed to step up.

There is nothing special about this arrangement that I paid $72 for. I could have gotten a similar bouquet from Whole Foods for half the price. I wanted to support a local business but I don't want to be ripped off either. I told him some of the stems looked broken and he said "it's probably bent" and proceeded to wrap it up. They don't seem to care. Won't be returning.
