La Belle Cleaners

I have been coming here for about a month, and each time I visit there are new rules and issues. This cleaners is a send out service so normally next day after 6. Work shirts go from 1.05 to 2.25 I wish I knew the real price as it changes from week to week. Today the newest rule was a $5.00 for card purchases without any sign in the business. This location is not air conditioned so prepare yourself. Your cleaning that you thought was cleaned may have to be hung out to air out once you get it home.

I don't recommend this cleaner to nobody, they ruined me a jacket Sence 11/11/2020 and they promise to fixed but it's been date and time that they haven't call me, safe your time and look for a better cleaner!

I have been coming here for 3 years. Today as I'm un loading all my dry cleaning and double checking my pockets, the worker says "you need to do that at home your wasting my time" can you believe this!!! Well I will now be taking my business else where and wast someone else's time and spend 80-100 dollars every 2 weeks on dry cleaning. Terrible customer service!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Over priced!!

I just moved into the area and needed a dry cleaners for my stuff. I went to this place about 4-5 times. This place is the most expensive dry cleaning I ever went to but I went ahead to give them several tries to see if it was a consistent mistake or once in a blue moon.

Basically, I paid $2.50 a dress shirt to get press since on top of the normal fee for shirts, there are environmental and "other" fees that are added onto your subtotal.

Every dress shirt I get back from this place, ALL the times I went comes back with more wrinkles than when I drop them off. It was really hard to get off since they starch the shirt and makes it impossible to get it off with steam so I have to repress them at home.

This last time I drop it off was so bad that the front and back and wrinkles EVERYWHERE. The previous three to four times it was only one or two wrinkles and I didn't want to seem OCD. The owner of the shop claims that there are going to be "some" wrinkles because when its store in their shop, the heat and it hanging in the plastic bag will make it wrinkle naturally...so that's why I just came back more than once.

But this last time is outrageous for what I pay & the quality of work I got out of them. There are so many cleaners in the area that I will be testing and seeing better alternatives. It was naive of me to try the same cleaners several times to be disappointed each time.

This used to be an adequate cleaners. Now, it's gone downhill fast with the new owner. Closed at random times. Employees will stand around and not help. I waited almost 10 minutes just to drop off clothes. But the cashier was too busy having a personal discussion with another customer. They weren't willing to take my clothes until I started walking out. I just kept walking. This happened Tuesday 2/11/2020 at 2pm.

This place does an amazing job!! They seem to go over and beyond for their customers!!! I got my daughters prom dress altered and they completed it in two days!!

Very nice people whom work here. Great quick affordable service. My uniform is clean and crisp just as I expected. Will continue to use this cleaners.
