After multiple recent issues with quality of feed at TS I decided to give them another shot. I was blown away by the recent experience! The staff was friendly fast and helpful! I will definitely take all my business here going forward! Im glad I can support a local business!

As always the service here is top notch! And when L.A. Hearn's has a sale, they really have a sale! March 2020 - Women's Jeans 20% off and that seemed to include all of their jeans! This store has so many useful and unique products. From livestock feed and high quality pet food, clothing to beautiful jewelry and everything in between!
During the COVID19 I have been unable to locate dried beans. A friend of mine (Melissa) told me that Hearne's sells them! I purchased two 10 pound bags. You may need to order them through their website or call ahead. I'll be back soon for boots and a purse!
Thank you Tina for your help.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Raymond V.Orangevale, CA074Sep 15, 2021
Great supply store for all ranch essentials. Also friendly service providing therapy for those who just pulled off of Hwy 101, and/or hwy156.
Look for the likeness of Baxter Black on the barn.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sabrina D.Salinas, CA2422Nov 2, 2021
The only friendly workers are the ones that work outside and stock. For the past 9+ years my family has only come across 2 women workers that work inside that were friendly, the rest are rude and ignore your existence. It is much worse now after/during COVID. Super anti maskers, no consideration for others and still ignore that your standing at the register and they are right there and can see you. (I normally only leave good reviews but if service is terrible I'm definitely leaving a review)

Very poor customer service. Have to go out of your way to get help there. Walmart type of work ethic. Workers seemed inconvenienced to help you out. Used to be much better. Can't recommend.

This store has the worst customer service ever!
Today was probably my fifth try to attempt to shop there.
I went in there with a specific task in mind which was to buy my son a pair of warm boots.
When I entered the front doors there was a young lady standing there talking to three other employees. When I entered she turned around and looked at me. I must have looked back at her for 10 seconds waiting for a "hello" or a " welcome to our store". When I realized she wasn't going to say a word I maintained eye contact to try to force it and do you know she never said word one?
I continued to look around the store for approximately 10 minutes for any type of warm shearling boot. Not one of those four employees standing around that desk came and offered to help me.
So when I left I announced "thank you for all your help it was a real pleasure I will not be back!"Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jan 4, 2014Previous reviewI drove from Hollister this morning to try and find some jeans at the store and Prunedale. We were greeted as we walked in the door with a hello and that was the end of the customer service. I was struggling to find the correct fit, the correct size, the correct length.
. When I went upfront to ask for assistance there were two young men and two young women giggling and carrying on. I just gave up. No one even turn their head to acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. I was very disappointed at the store as I came in with the frame of mind I wanted to spend some money and get some jeans that fit me. What a waste of time, effort and a Saturday morning. - Sep 4, 2015
I stopped here in the middle of a long drive, hoping to find some cool stuff for pets. I found lamb milk replacer which I desperately needed, and the guy behind the counter was able to give me some good advice on chicken feeds. More solidly a feed store than a pet store, but they did have some cat and dog supplies, toys etc. They have a good selection of western and work-wear and also have a large work-shoe store attached to the building. They have a bit of cute household décor and personal accessories. Good place to buy hay/feed/shavings/equestrian tack. Pretty easy to find off the freeway.

On my way down to Monterey, I stopped in, to look at their galvanized water troughs, for my garden herbs. Carlina offered to help. She took me outside and showed the various sizes. She gave me prices, and they were less expensive than the Feed Store where I live, so I purchased two.
The guy who loaded them, looked them over, to make sure they were good.
I went back inside and looked at their Boot selection...also very good. They even have great Cowboy/Farm style greeting cards and a nice gift selection. It's a Feed & Farm Supply store, but it's cool and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'll be back, the next time I'm down that way.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Lori S.Elkhorn, CA4899Sep 20, 2018
I have been shopping here for about a year and a half. The people are friendly and they have a wonderful selection. I go for chicken supplies. Their freedom feed is great (corn and soy free). Very knowledgeable staff. They don't have EVERYTHING but I bet they might try to get it for you.
