Kyle and Jarret showed up on time to install our American Standard 18 SER. Variable Speed Platinum Series Air Conditioner and Heating Unit.
They are very professional, courteous and patient when it comes to answering question us lay people ask, right.
They are very organized, clean and clean up entire area on which they were working.
I also dealt with Garret Cosgrove, there spokesperson at Trilogy at Vistancia. He is very honest, sincere and extremely helpful when looking at air conditioning needs. He is not pushy, very patient and great st follow-up and follow through.
A couple of things to keep in mind, it takes pretty much all day for the install, be patient and understand the pickup of the old unit may not happen till the next day. So be it.
Also the repair, finishing work on the entry to the attic is done by a finishing carpenter and that needs to be scheduled so there are a lot of moving parts be patient, kind and goods things will come your way from this great privately owned business.
Kyle needs to update his photo as he now has 4 youngsters to occupy his spare time.
He is also a Marine Veteran. Thanks for your service!

I've had this company come out to my house twice for two different issues. They are awesome, hard working, and did not price gouge me! They also beat another company's estimate and saved me some money. I have referred them to a friend of mine and they are also very happy with this company's work too! Definitely recommend.

I had a Home Inspection done prior to the purchase of a condo.
I received my report and invoice via email.
The report stated that the inspection was for ONE 4 ton AC unit
The only item that needed attention was: Low voltage wire on roof.
After closing, I had a firm come out to repair the "Low voltage wire on roof".
I found out from them that I actually have a 3 and a 4 ton Heat Pump on this condo. The "Low voltage wire on roof" was that the complete wiring harness had no insulation due to the sun. I was advised that the 4 ton unit had been overcharged to provide cooling and both units should be replaced. I did get a second opinion which was the same.
I did have both units replaced.
I don't think the report was accurate nor complete.

I have done business with Kyle Wilson Heating & Cooling for about 5 years and would highly recommend him. I have used other big companies in the past and have always had issues. Kyle is knowledgable and honest. He won't try to sell you something that you don't need yet or try to upsell you a new unit when a repair is in order, as was our previous experiences. When our unit did eventually give out, he was out here the same day, ordered a new unit at a fair price and installed it 3 days later. We have been very happy with the service we have received and like supporting a small family business.

I called Kyle after hours on Thursday, he had a technician over here the following morning at 10AM Exactly on time. Kaden did an incredible job for me, he diagnosed the problem which there were quite a few ( to include a new circuit board), ordered the part, went and picked up the part, installed the part and worked on it during one of the hottest days we've had this summer. He spent the entire day over here problem solving and repairing issue I'm pretty sure that I caused. This company is my new go to HVAC company I would recommend them to all my family and friends. These guys are up front and honest in both pricing and the advice they give you to complete the repair, a high integrity HVAC company!

Kyle is dependable, super efficient, and stands behind his work. He installed a mini-split from start to finish in 4 hours all by himself, for far less than competitors. AND he loves this country, and is a veteran.

We all know how it goes in the "Valley of the Sun"... It's 115 outside and your air conditioner decides to take a dump. The "good, decent, honest" guy you normally use has either gone out of business, moved, or gone to work for one of his competitors. You're stuck calling one of the "Valleywide" big guys that you see advertising on TV (and those commercials ain't cheap). Either that or you ask your neighbor or coworker, or jot down the number of the HVAC van you see driving by on your way to work.
Then you have to listen to all their doom and gloom and all the reasons why you NEED to buy an annual service contract. Then they go into why the estimate's so high and how you need things that YOU know aren't the problem, blah, blah, blah... You know the drill. You feel like you've been molested by a predator but then do whatever they say to GET THE AIR BACK ON!
As they say, when there's sh*t in the bathtub, you don't care what the plumber charges! Those guys prey on the desperation of scorching hot Valley residents.
I sincerely hope that Kyle (and his tech Chad) stay in business for a good, long time. They really ARE the "good, decent, honest" guys you've been looking for. Kyle Wilson Air Conditioning recently replaced our AC and heating system in our home in Peoria. First of all, Kyle was there to personally oversee the entire project which was completed in less than a full day. The installation and cleanup went smoothly, including the crane which was arranged by Kyle due to our narrow side yard access. They use American Standard which are quality systems made by the same corporation that makes Trane systems. Kyle himself was involved in all aspects of putting the system in our home, and he personally came by several times after the installation was complete to address some issues we had. I have to say he has gone far above and beyond our expectations for service and satisfaction and we love our new American Standard system.

Tried to call the number on his website, no answer. So I then texted as his website states texting is best. Ok. I told him we were looking for an AC replacement and wanted a quote. He set up an appointment for today at 5pm. He was a no call, no show. I won't attempt to do business again.
