KWIK TRIP

This Kwik trip could really use a revamp and be kept up better. it's just kinda turning into an old gross/dirty gas station. Will not be back there. Please mop your floors!

Car wash is useless. And least got my money back. Holiday is kitty corner. I'll give them a try next time.

I have been here a couple times while driving on my up north. This is nothing more than an average place to get gas and maybe some snacks.

To their benefit, the employees appear to have a good eye on cleanliness and order. I have never encountered any major messes or clutter, besides a little bit of dust on a couple shelves. When I brought food here, I was easily able to find everything I was looking for. It took my no longer than three seconds to find where everything I need is. Overall, I have always felt comfortable walking in here to pay for gas and maybe buy some food.

However, their food quality is only average. The food is a hit and miss. I find myself looking closely to find what is expired and what is not. I also have to take some extra time to see what is good quality and what is not. I have seen that some of their heated sandwiches have been on the shelves for a long time, whereas others have not. As long as I look closely at everything to see what kind of quality they have, I am fine. It would be nice to not feel like I have to look closely at them.

Considering the overall quality of their food, the prices are not worth the taste. Another reason I have to look closely at the food items is to see what is best for my money. Most of their items are not. This also applies with their coffee. Their bagged items, like their candy and their cold drinks, are fine. However, I find them to be cheaper at the gas station across the street.

The customer service needs some work. I have seen some employees who do not care about the customers enough to say more than five words to them. Their tone of voice also does not include the right amount of enthusiasm for me to feel comfortable around them. If they at least pretend they like their job and not take it out on the customers, the customer service ratio would be much better. Instead, as long as I pay them quickly, I am fine.

When I am in the area and need some gas or gas station food, I will likely turn to the gas station across the street instead of this one. I feel like I can count on the other one for good customer service satisfaction, not so much this one.

This is a great place to stop in for snack, fuel or coffee. Everyone is super friendly, never had a bad experience.

Right off hwy 7! We always get our bananas from here, at $0.39/lb, you can't beat that! Today gas is $3.09 & diesel is $3.69... cheaper than in Chanhassen! Lots of pumps & it's a newer location so it's updated inside the convenience center. No complaints... never tried the car wash, but it is available around the back on the right, might be self-serve, not exactly sure... go scope it out!

I like this place because it is nice and clean and convenient. I'm in their texting program, so I always get a nickel off gas, sometimes they have other good offers they text too.

We eat a lot of bananas at my house and they always have them for .39 cents or whatever. I like their milk in the bags too. Sometimes their donuts are good, other times they taste old.

Mostly I like it.

Nice station, with some great deals on food items. The doughnuts always seem oddly stale, however, regardless of the time of day.
The employees are a bit too well trained. I can mouth the phrase "See ya next time" at the exact moment it is going to come out of their mouths. Sorry, Kwik Trip, but that is insincere and as such, does nothing to give a customer the friendly feeling you were going for.

Nice clean store with lots of selection. Great car wash highly recommended. They also have all the necessities including hand sanitizer at the gas pumps very impressive.
