I like Kulture and the helpful employees that work there. They have a great selection of both smoking and vaping accessories as well as fun CBD products too. They also have a decent selection of glass and their accessories as well. They are priced slightly higher than other local shops, but they text me 20% off coupons to me every month or so.

Awesome customer service! The store has a great selection, with patient and approachable staff! Sean was awesome making sure I had everything and was willing to give explanations of any products. He was also providing helpful options!

Amazing store! I moved to the area a year ago and felt so out of place with everything, is it weird to say a smoke shop gives me a "home" vibe?

Every time I go in there they have new stuff and they even have a points system which gets you instore discounts and free items. I LOVE FREE STUFF, and I love how welcoming they are.
This place has basically became a routine weekly stop ( dont judge me for that haha )

Walked into this location with my son, girl behind the counter was to busy cleaning, resetting shelves...she was very preoccupied with other things. We both kept trying to ask question but she really seemed to want to work at other things then her customer service skills and sales ..so we just left and very disappointed with Kulture we have been coming to the downtown location for 10 years and your other locations, so when my son moved to the south side we were happy to have this one close to him! But for get it! Rude and NO customer service

I had a really pleasant time speaking to the staff about the different setups available for vapes and now am a happy owner of a new toy. Great fair prices and super nice helpful people behind the counter will be back soon lol

Arrived at 11:10am on a Monday, as opening time is 11, however it was still closed and I left at 11:30. Unacceptable

Great little store! I've probably drove by here a couple hundred times and never noticed it. The store is well stocked and had exactly what I was looking for. The sales girls were awesome. There was a product I was interested in and didn't know much about, they were awesome at explaining it and in the end I ended up walking out with more then I came in for. 10/10 I will visit again.

No stars. Seriously. I've never walked into an establishment as an adult and have been immediately squawked at by an employee from behind the counter. Also, as a responsible parent who is quitting the burning tobacco habit but still not hip to the idea of needing a sitter just so I can ask a few questions about tobacco free or vaping options available, I think I'll travel the extra miles into Cary Town for AVAIL instead.
Otherwise, you'll find yourself getting yelled at by a twenty something with the professionalism of a brick and surrounded by gaggles of underaged people lounging around the entry on "tasteful" plastic lawn chairs.
Go elsewhere, this place is trashy. Even the local tobacco shop (which surprisingly didn't include a squawking twenty something telling me to leave because I have teenaged children) warned us against it. Should've listened.
