First bank flags transactions there as fraudulent all the time which is a pain in the _ _ _!
Other than that no problems and have shopped their for year
Kind and courteous employees

The store was clean, neat and easy to shop. Fully stocked. I would return to this location.

It's ok, needs a good spring cleaning. Good produce selection.
But I wish they would stop rearranging the store so much.

I have been shopping at this store since they opened but I will take my business elsewhere. After being away for the summer I stopped in on 8/28/20 to purchase groceries and was appalled at the number of customers not wearing masks even though the signs on the door and announcements in the store said they were required. I asked about it at the customer service counter and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I can't go into the store and purchase anything without shoes and a shirt on so they should be able to ensure a safe environment by not servicing people without masks.

I felt terribly unsafe and will not return to this store

This Kroger store is pretty huge and has a large selection of all kinds of things. The bakery has tons of cookies and cupcakes and cakes and such while there is a really large floral section with a lot of pretty roses and hydrangeas and stuff...

This store is big and clean and has a gas station on-site where you can save the .03 cents when you swipe your Kroger card at the gas tank.

I hate this Kroger with an almighty passion. I've been in the area for 2 years, and after multiple emails to the company concerning quality of products and stock at this store, nothing has changed. Their produce is terrible and almost never fresh looking. Same for the deli. If something's on sale? I don't even bother going to this one because experience has shown me it will most likely be out of stock. Sometimes I amuse myself by going there anyway just in case I'm wrong. Nope. 9 times out of 10, the item is not there, my time and gas has been wasted, and I have to go to the other Kroger on Valley Gateway that always has better produce and better stock. This one on Kingston is literally 3 mins max from my house, but I now just skip it and go to Valley Gateway which is a 10-13 min trip depending on traffic.

I was going to give it 1 star, but it has one thing going for it: the gas is usually cheaper here than at Valley Gateway. Other than that, this Kroger is pretty much useless to me despite its "convenient" proximity to my house.

The pharmacy is terrible, when I went to get a needle for my hormone injection (.50 cents), I was told "son, we don't sell these to the general public since drug addicts could use them". So the pharmacist basically broke the oath he took of "do no harm" -- drug addicts are people too and they need more help than most of us do.

I went to get my first Covid shot today , it felt like pharmacist jammed the needle right into my arm . Could've she have been a little more gentle

good gas stop @ $3.04

Easy access off of Interstate 81 and usually much lower than stations that are closer
to the exits.
The bonus is this location is next to the Bojangles!

It's worth the 40 min drive from where I live, to come to this Kroger. They have a huge produce section, deli, bakery etc. Large wine section as well. It's usually clean and the workers are nice. Good and plenty of parking. I always find everything I need! They also have a fuel center close by, so after I get groceries, I go fill my tank up using fuel points. Only giving 4 stars, because they do run out of bananas and other produce frequently.
