I needed a plaque right away and they got me what I needed under 24 hours. I couldn't recommend this place more.

I had a custom design in PDF/PNG format that I wanted engraved on the back of an old vintage watch. Many places I reached out to did not want to do it - either did not have the skill to process the artwork, or the right equipment to engrave a slightly convex stainless steel caseback, and some didn't want to touch an expensive watch due to liability concerns, etc.

I reached out to Krefeld's and John got back to me right away letting me know they could do the job. Prices were super reasonable (I actually felt they were kind of low for this kind of one-off work, so I insisted on tipping despite them not accepting tips), and turnaround time was super reasonable. John was patient with me and worked with me to get the engraving just right.

It's also nice that they can store your artwork on file and keep it in hand; I have another watch (and perhaps a third from my wife's) that need the engraving as well, so I'll be taking all my projects like this one here from now on. Really appreciate finding and supporting small personable businesses like this, I highly recommend this shop - my experience with John and Krefeld's could not have been better.

I'm delighted to have discovered this amazing place where I can purchase anything ranging from trophies to plaques and a wide range of awards. John was quick to respond to all my queries and kept me updated on all the necessary details. I admire his professional work ethic, and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. To top it all off, he even completed our order two days earlier than expected, which is why we will undoubtedly be back to do business with him again.

I always say poor planning on your end doesn't mean an emergency/rush on my end.

Thank God Krefeld's is better than I am. You can see my other review for a competitor in San Carlos, but here's the gist.

I reached out to another business and asked on a Tuesday if two medals I had could be engraved for an 8th-grade graduation by Thursday (today). I was told yes. Long story short, the business was unresponsive and admitted they hadn't started the job when I called to follow up today. I told them to forget it and I'd come and get the medals later.

I called Krefeld's.

First--my call was answered immediately. I wish I would have gotten a name, but I failed to do so. The gentleman was polite and told me there was still hope. I could get the medals today.

Second--I got there, he reviewed the medals, and the engraver got started. The medals were finished in under 30 minutes.

I will never go anywhere else. I chose the other location for convenience and it was a bust.

Folks--trust Krefeld's, but also remember to plan ahead. I got LUCKY, but I don't recommend you wait until the last minute. However, in the event that you do procrastinate, call Krefeld's.

I was looking for help in cleaning up and re-inking an engraved name plate from my previous home. I emailed the owner John for help and he responded immediately with a can do spirit. I dropped it off in the afternoon and it was ready the next morning. John didn't charge me a cent. So kind of him to go above and beyond just because. Krefeld is worthy of all my future business.

I had two large plaques that needed to be updated. This wasn't the company that had made the plaques for us several years ago, so I called to see if they would be able to help. John (the owner?) answered and assured me that they could match the previous engraving and that he'd give me a volume discount.

I called a few days later (at the beginning of the range when they said it would be ready), and they hadn't started yet but said they could finish it by the end of the next day. They even stayed a few minutes late (traffic got the better of me -- ugh!) to allow me to pick up the items. Nicely done, perfectly matched to the previous engraving, and friendly service. Will be back!

Needed a last minute medal and Javier was super helpful. He went above and beyond without needing to. My experience was excellent and will definitely be returning and recommending Krefeld's awards!

Incredible business with wonderful people. I'm a third grade basketball coach and our league was to supply a small commemorative gift to the kids at the end of the season. Unfortunately this did not go through and for many of these kids, this was their first time ever playing basketball. I had 4 days until the season end and was hoping to get something small for the kids. I emailed Krefelds to see if they had anything I could just buy and hand out. Not only did they have multiple options for basketball specific trophies for the kids that were in stock, they individually customized each one with each child's name, and had it available the next day! Atop of all this, their pricing was way more than fair, and the entire staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Wonderful group and certainly one to consider if you are looking to get awards for your group!

This is a top-notch company, and they offer remarkable service. A year ago we had a bunch of water bottles engraved with a custom design. Sadly, one of our group lost his beloved bottle. John was able to go back in his files, find the design from a year ago, and in 24 hours a replacement bottle was finished perfectly.
