*** updated 2020- the office manager contacted me regarding my unhappy review and offered to restrain the cabinets. It's been 7 years since I got them installed... I'm really appreciative of them restraining my eyesore. They just got reinstalled yesterday. Looks great and I hope it stays this way with all the water around.
It's been several years. My cabinets look terrible. They looked terrible pretty quickly after it was done. Super unhappy.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 1Nov 27, 2019Previous reviewIt's been several years. My cabinets look terrible. They looked terrible pretty quickly after it was done. Super unhappy.
Aug 5, 2015Previous reviewI had my bathroom cabinets refaced 2.5 years ago with the company. Still irritated enough to write a review. I'd highly suggest you find a company that has someone who quotes and actually does the job. Greg gave us the quote, filled out the paperwork. Another guy came in and did the install. I remember him showing me the hardware and I said I thought we had ordered pulls but he said that's what Greg wrote down. Well.. we hate the knobs, but since they're drilled in we can't do anything about it. Like the other reviewer said- poor follow through. The guy got injured on the job.. pushed our install back several weeks. The material they use is terrible. I'm attaching a photo of my sink area. I understand.. water damage.. but I order the cabinet door for a SINK area! Sorely disappointed.. still irks me.

This company has left my kitchen a complete disaster. They kept promising fixes that were never made on a job that was incomplete from the start. They have terrible turnover, so I've talked to about 10 different people trying to address my issues. I tried to be patient and understanding, and gave them way too many opportunities to make this right. Now, they've closed, turned off their phones, and won't answer emails. This whole experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. They even tried to tell me that I inflicted the damage myself, which is impossible. I recommend anyone else with a similar experience report them to the state Consumer Protection Division, which is what I'm doing.

BACK AWAY SLOWLY! ..this team of clowns have been working on our kitchen since 22 January 2024, and it is now 22 March and they still are not finished. They actually do not have time to send someone out here to finish the work.
Their number one priority is cash, not the quality of their work or their customers.
We spent $18,000 on cabinet fronts, and they are a total embarrassment.
The owner will argue with you about how they have been in business for 40+ years, and I am certain that at one point in time this company was reputable ..but they aren't anymore!
We have hired another contracting team to demo this abortion, gut the kitchen ..and start over completely with new cabinets. The existing cabinets were so badly damaged during the cabinet front veneer job that they were not salvageable.

Worst experience ever with a contractor. We had cabinet doors and drawer fronts replaced. The product is low quality. They have zero quality control in their factory. We had doors with rounded corners, not cut square, wrong size. Several doors had to be made multiple times because they were made incorrectly. The workmanship in your house is poor. They installed veneer over the existing cabinets. The veneer color did not match the color of the doors and was not cut straight. The workman left an absolute mess in our house. We had dust and random dirt all over the place. Took several hours to clean up his mess. Communication is terrible. After the salesperson gets you to sign the deal they no longer want to speak with you. They delay for weeks on end. This job took over two months and is still not finished. Worst of all the owner, Jason, does not care. He will not address your complaints directly, but hides behind his employees. He only cares about pumping out low quality product at high prices and getting paid. Just not a good company to deal with. I've thrown away a lot of money, am embarrassed of this kitchen and now have hired another contractor to gut this kitchen and start over. Stay very far away from this company.

We were told the job would take one week, it's three months later and still waiting on the to finish the work. So many things went wrong from shotty paint job on doors to having them installed in the wrong direction. one door wasn't screwed in and it fell off almost hitting me and damaging the trim. still waiting o. them to fix the trim when the owner called up today and was extremely rude to my husband. they never called, workers just showed up. never responded to my voicemail letting them know how unhappy we were. would never recommend this company. very disappointed and dissatisfied

After my original consult I ended up going with this company to do my cabinets. The sales rep was very nice very informative was easy to work with. However when it came time for installation apparently the sales rep that I had dealt with was no longer with the company my cabinets were done and then I noticed them in perfections and cracks in them that needed to be replaced/repaired. I reached out to the company requesting for the repairs to be completed I was scheduled then it was canceled and rescheduled just to be canceled again. Over a month later still trying to get somebody out to replace the correct areas which are about six different locations. I also asked for the owner to give me a call over a week ago I have not heard from him called today to be told that he's not in the office and that they would leave him a message again.

Don't use these guys. They put a very thin coat of paint on the doors. After 3 years of clean them with a damp cloth, the paint wears off on the edges and then the water seeps in and swells those areas. I called Carl and he said the warranty does not cover water damage. I explained that the paint wore off and that is what caused the water damage. He declined to fix at no cost and it would be $75 for them to come out and $50 a door. Run away fast and don't look back. Very poor quality paint job and a waste of $5000. KFG Is not BBB ACCREDITED, after 41 years in business. Why sell a kitchen product that won't hold up to water. You should have used house paint, it would have lasted. Contact me Carl to make it right. Maybe it's time to call "Trust Dale"!

Made an awful mistake contracting with them . The installer did a horrible job with a lot of glaring mistakes. I have been trying to get all this fixed for over 9 months now. Doors are coming off hinges, paint is all chipping trim is totally coming off. I spoke with the owner who was extremely rude to me on the phone and actually hung up on me. All I want is for them to fix all of it!! Horrible company to deal with!!!!!!!!

Be careful when you hire this company, out for themselves and money only. Clearly they are money hungry individuals and are not reputable. On July 27 I had a rep come out, cabinets could not be installed till Nov. At the time , that was fine. My husbands transfer came up earlier and we are moving in a month. All I heard from the GM was why they wouldn't refund my deposit, 3 weeks later, no work has been started, their 3 day period after signing a contract. Unprofessional and sleazy. I work for a construction company and we would never treat our customers like this.

Made a very expensive mistake contracting with them. The installer made a lot of mistakes and they did finally send out a decent craftsman to clean up "most" of the errors. Doors were never even and knobs were not level with each other. Within a few years, the cabinet doors below the sink were all warped out and I had to pay for all new ones since "water damage" was not covered under the worthless warranty. Then when I decided to replace dishwasher I had to hire them to come out and replace the tightly framed in slot that contained the dishwasher! Seriously. All cheap prefab cabinet doors and drawers simply a poor product for a working kitchen. I paid over $8000 for crap.
