I'm involved in a multi car accident that wasn't my fault after having these guys for insurance for over 15 years and they double my rate?!?! F* you guys. I'm changing companies. Buyer beware.

Couldn't have been a more painless process! Tim was extremely helpful. I called him up, he took down some info, then called me back. After about 2 quick phone calls, I had insurance! And it was a better rate than what I received at my old insurance company (Ameriprise), which had fantastic rates. Plus, I also get renter's insurance thrown in for free--actually, Tim found that I could get a better rate if I got a package deal...which was fine with me since it was all cheaper than Ameriprise!
