Kindred Heart Remodeling

I bought my first home in 2021 and had lots of stuff to do. When they quoted the price, I did feel a bit overwhelmed, not realizing what construction services are worth. Like many not so super rich people, I naturally wanted to find a better price, so I looked around only to find other so called budget friendly options and ended up with a mess of projects poorly completed or even abandoned.

Finally, I decided to give KHR another try and they came and redid all the botched projects and remaining projects the right way. While their per project quote may have seemed high, actually hour per hour they were more cost effective than what I was paying per hour with other "budget friendly" contractors (whose names I am not going to name). And did it the right way---even a challenging project like removing old linoleum so I could put lvt checkerboard on my kitchen.


KHR will touch projects other contractors dare not attempt. They rock,

Thank God I called Jamie! They came out and immediately recognized that the other contractor was taking advantage of me. He had put things in his bid that wouldn't only not be covered by the insurance but could have gotten me in trouble for fraud or caused me to lose my house. And KH pointed me in the direction of a different kind of contractor knowing they wouldn't make a dime off of me bc it was the right thing to do. Kindred Hearts I will definitely have you take the 1st look at any home projects I am considering doing!! Thank you so much!!!!!
