Kin Wong, DMD

This is the best dental clinic I've been so far. I wish I can bring the clinic with me to Austin, Texas. Too bad I have to relocate. Dr. Kin Wong always takes time to explain in detail by showing the x ray picture of the teeth and the problem. The procedures he suggested so far were reasonable and he didn't push for it. He always ensure I receive enough anesthesia and ask if I'm ok before he proceeds with the procedure. I'm very satisfied with the root canal and crowning he did. I don't have to wait long for my appointment. The longest was 10min. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Environment is relaxing and clean. The hygienists are very knowledgeable and detail in their work. Plus, they always give me a floss and a toothbrush every time I see them.
They have 360 degree Xray done on the teeth once a year which is cool. Overall, I'm a very satisfied patient.

Dr. Wong and Dr. Inomata are true professionals with an amazing staff. I wish it didn't take me until 2015 to begin coming here. I was behind on my dental care and in the last year and a half I've had nothing but excellent experiences with everyone in this office. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Terrible place that just tries to sell their merchandise. I felt that the staff were condescending and not helpful. I would tell anyone to avoid this place at all costs. I wish I never went here in the first place. They tell you that you need dentals products and tell you that they sell it. It is really sketchy. I did not enjoy my time as a patient at this dental office. The admin staff have messed up my insurance billing as well ad billed me under a different insurance. Not very organized.

I came her because I bought a deal from livingsocial, long story short I got blind sided by a huge bill! I bought the livingsocial deal because I didn't have health insurance and thought I wouldn't burn a HUGE hole in my wallet. In the end I still had to spend 900+ on one crown keep in mind that I had a "deal." I didn't leave feeling like I was taken care of, I just had a bad feeling like I shouldn't even come back for my next appointment. I knew I needed the dental work done, and I felt like there was no turning back!
I came back to get my tooth shaved down for a temporary crown. At first I thought it was o.k. but I ended up biting the inside of my cheek a lot and grinding my teeth. Dr. Kin wong told me it was because my crown was too big, I told him it really bothered me because I've never had that problem before in my life.
When I came in for my next visit to finally get my permanent crown, I thought my problem would be fixed and my teeth would be perfect. NOW months later I have a new dentist who asked me about my bad crown, when I bite down my teeth don't align like they use too, it's awkward. And my teeth still grind. I'm very upset that I spent that much money and now I have a weird bite, and grind my teeth, especially when I let Dr. Kin Wong know these were my biggest issues. Thanks for nothing.

I've been to many dentists over the years, both in state and out of state. I finally settled of having my dental service done here a few years ago. The place is at a quiet but convenience location. The staff are always friendly. Dr Wong is great, and the service is superior. My teeth are well maintained over the years at this place and there will be more years to come! There is no push on selling things like some other dentist offices. I get advice of how to manage my teeth in good health and at the end of the day, it is patients decision to take up on service or not. I highly recommend the place and I hope it helps!

With so many people in this world that don't care, it's so great to run into those who do. Dr. Kin Wong and his staff have been wonderful with me since I met them in 2003.
As a child, I enjoyed going to the dentist. That all changed after a really traumatic experience - having 4 wisdom teeth out in 1999. As a result, I stopped going to the dentist altogether. In exchange for that, I started getting decay and eventually started feeling like a lost cause.
Dr. Wong was patient and understanding through all of my needs. I've been able to feel mostly calm and relaxed going in to see him, whereas before, I would make appointments and cancel at the last minute due to the severe anxiety I had just thinking about it. Now- I know what I need to do and I know I'm going to be okay. This may sound trivial to some, but he's even so careful and steady with the anesthesia (I hate needles!) that you can barely feel it at all.
Because he's in network with most insurance companies, I've been able to use in network benefits for nearly everything I've had done. I work with insurance so I know how important this is. For those issues that weren't covered, the prices have always been more than reasonable.
My children are all pediatric age but have been seeing Dr. Wong for years. I know I could take them to a pediatric dentist with a very child friendly atmosphere in the waiting room, but for me, it's about trust. I trust him with me and I trust that with someone who has a love for his profession the way he does, that my children will likely never experience the trauma I did so long as they are in his care.
Go in for a consultation. Meet him. You will see what I mean and you will not be disappointed.

I've been going here for nearly 3 years for all my routine dental visits, and the service is flawless. I never have to wait, everyone is friendly, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Elaine deserves an honorable mention, as she always cleans my teeth with the utmost care and precision, and never loses patience when I ask my thousands of questions (is sparkling water harmful for my teeth?). Every 6 months I leave here with a brighter smile, a new toothbrush, and a feeling that going to the dentist isn't so bad after all!
