Dr.Kim Okamura and her staff have huge hearts and superb customer service with 5 star professional and clean atmosphere. I see Dr.kim for Botox and fillers and I absolutely love my results. I will continue to see her an only her for my injectables, I know the difference between quality products and generic.. you get top quality as well as her knowledge of the face and advanced training she invests in.

I'm a former patient- I recently switched insurance due to a new job and Dr. Kim's office was no longer covered by my new plan. The couple years I have been with Dr Kim were great. Making appointments was simple and the team was always understanding when life happened and I needed to reschedule. Cleanings were a breeze. I was constantly asked if I was comfortable and they always seem very thorough. Of all the times I've been there, I can probably remember a single incident when the team was running late, but all other times- right on schedule and they made going to the dentist a good experience.

Dr Kim was always transparent with costs (for me it was just fillings) but as a patient, I always inquire about what insurance will cover beforehand. Overall, nothing but positive experiences at the office and would definitely recommend Dr. Kim.

I just got back from regular cleaning. Before and after the cleaning, Dr. Okamura, along with her team, has done a thorough check-up (from my oxygen levels to gum health and oral cancer screening), took their time to answer my TONS of questions, and clearly explained to me every possibility, every alternative decision I can make regarding my dental health and hygene.

I cannot recommend Dr. Okamura's office enough.

I started going to Dr Okamura several years ago to get Botox injections in the hope of relieving the TMJ pain I often get from clenching my jaw in stressful times. I was really nervous about trying this treatment, but Dr Okamura set me at ease. She listener to me describe my jaw pain, asking me to demonstrate my bite and then very patiently explained the musculoskeletal structure that was involved and how the injections could help, pulling out a mirror to show me where the various muscles and joints are and how they fit together. It's so nice - and sadly rare - to have a doctor spend so much time listening and then reply in a way that shows they respect your intelligence and concerns.
I'm happy to say the treatment was very effective in relieving the TMJ pain, so I've continued coming to her for top-ups ever since. I have recently moved several hours away, but I book an appointment with Dr Okamura when I know I will be back in Seattle for a visit. Her expertise and manner is well worth the effort, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do this treatment.

Colleen, the treatment coordinator, is very rude. She made my visit very uncomfortable and I will definitely not return due to her condescending and rude treatment. She should not be in a patient care field.

Kim Okamura is an amazing dentist. One of my crowns came out on Easter morning and she was able to help me the next morning (they were only taking limited emergency visits during the COVID 19 crisis).

Her staff was excellent and they personally reached out to me to help me put my crown back on to minimize the pain until I saw her the next morning.

I would highly recommend Kim Okamura and her team to anyone that needs a solid, caring, and professional dentist that goes above and beyond for her patients.

Wonderful team! Leslie is hilarious and so thoughtful and kind. I know there were times when she gave me some suggestions about dental plans because she knew I didn't have dental insurance and was a student (oh the struggle). Dr. Okamura is such an awesome person. I had flossed too hard one day and cut deeply into my gum. I was out of state, so I went to a dental office and they said the pain was because of a filling leak. I know that a month or so before, Dr. O told me everything was looking good, so I had a hard time believing what this other dentist told me. When I came back to Seattle, I was able to see Dr. O right away and they figured out what was wrong ASAP, told me about how to care for that area, and general healing time. At the end, she told me, I'll give you a call later to check on you, and I kinda figured it was something that you would say, right? But not necessarily follow up with, but she did! She called me at like 6pm just to see how my gum was doing and if there were any changes.

Something of a theme I've noticed is that this team goes above and beyond. There are so many little things that they didn't have to do, but they still did it. Dr. O frequently checks in during procedures to make sure I'm doing okay, is very gentle, explains what she's doing, and even lets me wear my headphones during a longer procedure. In fact, I forgot to being mine one day and she had one I could use. This place is awesome! I felt so cared for here and I'm so sad I moved away.

I have always dreaded going to the dentist and avoided it for years - Now I actually LOOK FORWARD to seeing Dr. Okamura and her team - they're like family and the extra care they put into every visit makes cleanings/procedures so comfortable, pain-free and dare I say - fun! Dr. Okamura and team go the extra mile to check for cancers and other outliers that no dentist I've seen has ever done - I never knew I couldn't breathe easily through one nostril until Dr. Okamura's team ran tests and pointed it out, and after seeing an EMT I indeed have a deviated septum I've lived my entire life not knowing about. She offers treatments other dentists don't (Goodbye, TMJ!) because her and her team not only stay on top of the latest research and scientific breakthroughs, but go out of their way to learn, become experts, and bring these benefits and cutting-edge technologies to her own patients. If we ever leave Seattle, we are flying back twice a year to see Dr. Okamura and her team. Best in the world at what they do and with the kindest hearts.

I used to put off going to to dentist for years, but now I look forward to it! Dr. O and her whole staff are wonderful.

You don't need "laughing gas" to laugh here. The whole staff is awesome. You'll feel at ease the second you walk in to the moment you leave. Outside of my childhood dentist, she's been the longest dentist I've ever had. I make sure I have insurance that covers her or I won't switch. I love that they have blankets if you get cold. I've also never had a dentist that gives you a check up. I'm afraid to submit this because the busier she gets, the harder it's going to be to be seen. A++++++ all the way!

Have been having trouble with TMJ, it runs in the family, and botox treatments have helped so much. Much more than the retainers I was wearing. I highly recommend for anyone suffering from TMJ issues and do not want to opt for surgery right away.
