Kim was recommended to me by friends, she had worked with them to sell two of their homes. I will start by saying that I am not new to real estate, with 7 homes bought and sold under my belt, so I have some experience with realtors.

Kim is the most unique and focused realtor that I have ever worked with! She is a powerhouse of energy, experience and knowledge. She knows how to prepare for the sale, stage, how to price, how to market and how to interact with buyers and other realtors. While other homes are languishing on the market, I had a strong offer in 3 or 4 days. She then worked tirelessly to ensure that escrow went smoothly.

She is also incredibly kind, patient and understands the emotions of buying and selling. She will hold your hand and take you over the finish line. You cannot go wrong with Kim, I highly recommend her!

We began the tentative process of looking for a home in December 2014, unsure of whether we would be able to find something we could afford in the competitive market. -We could tell she genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect home for our family and she celebrated with us after each step forward.

Kim made our first home purchase relatively easy and painless. Her knowledge of the Kirkland/Woodinville area really helped us to narrow down our search, and she also was able to tell us which properties to stay away from (due to assessments or other hidden problems).
