Kiki's Chicken Place

I feel like there are several Kiki's Chicken locations. I've been seeing their name it seems like everywhere so I was curious and wanted to try it out.
The are where this is located isn't the best. Peking lot is old and small. To my surprise when I walked in the place was spacious, clean, not runned down looking like how it looked on the outside. It had this retro diner vibe to it. They had a kiosk in the front to order with an incentive of a free soda if you do use it, or you can order with the cashier. Also don't forget to use your Yelp check in for a free order of fries.
Service actually was excellent. The gals up front were kind and courteous. And they brought our food to us at our table.
We were hungry and ordered a whole spread. Tried out their original wings, lemon pepper,
Sliders, and the Kiki fries and tots.
Everything tasted really good. I could imagine though that the Kiki fries and Kiki tots because of all the sauce is something that only taste while dining in because we had some left over and it was just soggy.
All in all I probably would come back if we're in the area for some casual dining and good chicken

The wings were juicy and had crispy skin. The bbq sauce was also good. I got the Kiki fries w/chicken and it was good. The sauce carried the fries because the bottomless sauce less fries were not very great. Overall I would recommend, I ordered at the counter and didn't wait too long to get my order.

Food is amazing and service is great. I love how clean and retro it is here. Got a free drink and fries from yelp and using the kiosk. I am so in love with Kiki's fries

They are not the same, my Husband and I went to the one on Madison. Trust me when I say I wanted my Money Back. But he didn't feel like driving back over there, so lesson learned.

Just picked up my online order.

Did you know that if you pick 4 sauces, 1 on the chicken and some on the side, they toss all the chicken with the first one you picked? 20 buffalo with a bunch of different side sauces. Really? Who does that? The website doesn't say that will happen.

I called and the custom service guy said , that is how it's done. And who cares I didn't get the 2 orders of fries with the order.

I could drive back and they might remake it but he doesn't guarantee it. He couldn't even find my order. I ordered from their website directly.

Seriously?

$35 for food that my family won't eat because I'm the only one that likes Buffalo, it's too hot for the kids.

I won't order online again, it's been a few years since I've ordered from Kikis anyway. People just aren't very friendly.

This really turned me off.

This place is not what it's all hyped up to be. Prices are ridiculous, Chicken tenders had no seasoning what so ever. Neither did the fries. I would not recommend this spot to anyone.

Look, I normally go to Kikis's once or twice a week. Their food is pretty Good but when you call in an order, you show up 15 minutes later to pay for it you sit there and wait for another 17 minutes then did also we didn't call your neck. We forgot they offer brakes on the food do not offer any other amenities. All we get so sorry screw him I hope this place closing the ground.

Super understaffed. Piles of food sit as they just take more orders. I honestly felt sorry for the customers waiting to get their food as it got colder and colder and colder. They need more people to do the job correctly.

Sometimes the chicken is great and sometimes I think they cooked it three times because it's so tough and dry.

Consistency is not part of Kiki's's experience.

Stopped in today, to grab some Kiki's Fries. I was blown right out the window!! $16.15 for a large fries!!! How? Why? If I wasn't getting these for my little sister. I would have left. That price was Insane!!! I took a taste when I got home, but eh not really my thing. They tasted greasy, I don't like the buffalo sauce taste, and I am bot big on chicken so it's a no for me.

The best Kiki's location hands down, I'm not sure if it's the chicken quality or the cooking but it always comes out juicy. I get extra sauce on mine and it's delicious the next day even if it's a little soggy. They brought the food to us which has never happened at a Kiki's. I mean it's a chicken place, it's not supposed to be fine dining lol. I came at a slower time but I KNOW it's super busy because church people definitely go there before and after.
