I took my infant here for a rash. The staff when I walked in took my paperwork and put it into a large pile of papers and then continued to have a personal conversation. I waited for over hour in a waiting room with a 6 week old and a 2 and half year old. I was hoping the doctor was worth the wait, but was disappointed. She told me it was baby acne and to dry it out..but in all actuality it looked just like mine and his brothers eczema. She said she was going to call in a prescription cream, but she never called in it. I ended up treating it as eczema and it went away quickly. My toddler ended up sick two days later, maybe not related, but I wasn't that impressed with the sanitation of the office and the hand sanitizer was empty. So now I keep getting bills that never went to my insurance, even though I have given them my information when we walked in. The first call resulted in that they never put my insurance information in the system. Now it's in there, but still never billed it. I ended up sending the information in myself. Totally not worth this much hassle. I will stick with Burlington Peds.

This office has been wonderful for my boys. Switched here because our previous Pediatrician was always rude to my oldest son and was never too concerned about my youngest son's asthma. Which he ended up in the ER a few times because she would brush off his sicknesses as a virus. We were even hospitalized once because of her neglect. Luckily, Kidzcare always gets us in when needed and never makes me feel like I am wasting anyone's time. Thank goodness for this office these ladies are angels in our book.

I wish I could give zero or negative stars. This pediatricians office is HORRIBLE. I brought my son in for the first time for a 3:45pm appt. No one talked to us until almost 4:45. The dr came in at 5:20 and was extremely rude. She began immediately yelling at my 3 year old for playing with his little bouncy ball that we brought from home to keep him occupied. She then yelled at him to get up on the exam table and became quickly irritated that he was having a difficult time climbing up by himself. She looked me up and down and said "help him. I'm not as tall as you" as if i disgusted her (I'm 5'9 and she was about 5'2). I brought my son in for a cough and rash. She didn't listen to his lungs and only looked in his ears. I've been an ER RN for 10 years so i know a little bit but I'm obviously not a physician. She said he might have an ear infection (even though his ears looked perfect). I asked her to listen to his lungs and she said it "wasn't necessary" and laughed at me. I reminded her about his rash. She sighed a LOUD sigh, lifted up his shirt, wrote a medical term on a napkin, handed it to me...and told me to look it up. She then left the room. The front office staff was extremely rude and irritated, didn't look up from their phones to say goodbye or to ask if I needed a follow up appt. I would NEVER bring my children here again.
