Absolutely the worst place you can bring your child they play rap music in the classrooms the teachers have nine inch nails and the director is clueless they know that they are not following protocol and that's why they don't want cameras we have seen the teachers yell at the kids and one of the teachers was dragging a little bit by the arm he was visibly upset and her name is sunny and she grabbed him by the arm you can see the classroom because the doors have glass when we were walking by we saw her dragging the crying boy insetad of calming him down and taking the necessary steps to help him

We are very happy with Kids Campus. The staff is amazing. Ms. Ann in the front desk always smiles and will take care of any issue you got, she definitely knows how to make your kids smile.
Great educational experience for your babies and kids. Awesome staff. Makes all other day cares look bad.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

BEWARE OF MS. MAY
This teacher has pushed my daughter who is three years old. I have personally walked in on her changing a toddler on the bare tile floors when there was a changing table in the room to use. Also my daughter one day threw up excessively, she had to change her clothes & it was all over her nap sack, and no one contacted me. I found out when I came to pick her up. I told the director, Ms.Anne, and Ms. MonaLisa about every incident and they not once suspended her or removed her from the younger kids class. They shrugged it off and did nothing! I'm here writing this now & I should of a long time ago. But today I enrolled my little one into a new school & unfortunately that teacher is also named Ms.May (not the same lady) & my daughter immediately started to cry and grab my legs saying scary just off of hearing her name. These incidents were nearly a year ago & for my child to react like that broke my heart and showed how much trauma she has caused. & I refuse to let any other child feel like this and I will be reporting this to the county. PLEASE PARENTS BEWARE.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kainani C.Honolulu, HI405695Jan 30, 2021
My son was enrolled August 2020. I decided to move him from his original daycare, to Kids Campus, closer to home. The front desk staff are very friendly. My son has a Hawaiian name and they made a sincere point to pronounce his name correctly. He's always excited to go to school. Love his teacher "Ms. Susan". I took him out of school for a few months (personal reasons). And when asked to re enroll him, it was done with ease and promptly. I also had requested a different way of checking his temperature instead of directly on his forehead (although it may have seemed odd, they obliged kindly). I love that they celebrate holidays. My son is very happy here.

We came here from another Kids Campus location because their curriculum and daily schedule of activities are the best out of any daycare I checked in town. I disagree with another person who claimed they are understaffed. Each room always has 2-3 teachers at a time unlike other daycare centers which only have 1 teacher for the entire day. (I just took a tour of Creative Kids today and learned that there was only 1 teacher there for the preschool room) We love Kids Campus and are sad to see it switching to Kids R Kids but we will give the new management a try and hope they keep everything as it currently is run.

The main frond desk lady Miss Tanya is really nice, but the rest are a little off setting and need a smile adjustment. They don't have a camera system and we had a feeling our daughter wasn't being treated 100% the way she should because she kept scream crying the 2 weeks we brought her here, before even getting out of the car. A Covid outbreak happened and they closed the school and didn't notify me or my husband so I had to last minute call out of work. She kept getting photo copied sheets saying she was sleeping 2 hours but hard to believe, and then she wasn't eating at all there. We found a new daycare in that time with the same competitive pricing and have cameras and she's much happier there, with no crying in a 2 week period. She's eating all her meals & coming home happy. That just solidified the feelings we had about her not being treated right there or being taken care of. Wouldn't recommend bringing your child here if they can't talk or tell you of anything is happening.

My little one loves it here and is learning a lot. We start private kindergarten in fall and wouldn't send her anywhere else

My daughter was in the Pre K classroom with Ms Karin and Ms Mireya. Everyday she said she was scared of her teacher and that she didn't want to go to school and she balled her eyes out. I was told in a nut shell that my daughter was too emotional and to take her to a doctor. I did. Nothing was wrong with her. It was only the second week of school and this was her first ever experience. She started to have accidents because she was too scared to use the restroom. I took her out of that school, and found a new pre school. she had no problems there, she doesn't cry, doesn't have accidents, she listens to her teacher and I even talked with the teacher now and she said no she's just a NORMAL 4 year old child. Maybe for some people that school works, but to me they are very impatient, insensitive teachers who maybe shouldn't be teaching children. I'm glad I went with my gut on this one.

Words can not express how disappointed we are in this place. Our son was enrolled for 30 days and we moved on to a new day care. He had issues biting and they did nothing to help him. He is an only child and doesn't bite at home. He also doesn't bite when we take him on play dates and has had ZERO issues with his new day care (his past day care). We chose Kids Campus due to my wife getting a new teaching job and this day care was right on the way and looked very nice. It's less than a mile from our home. During these biting incidents they would just have terrible bedside manner with us when we walked in to pick him up and on his second to last day they had our little two year old sleeping up at the entrance on a mat like someone who was sleeping on a jail room floor. This literally broke my heart. I understand the biting issue but they did nothing to work with him and every time we picked him up they were rude and the teachers we always attending to other kids. EVERY single time. If I was a parent I wouldn't want a kid biting my two year old but I would want that child to get fair attention and consideration. All of our friends who just had babies we know exactly where to tell them to stay away from. I honestly wish I could get my money back due to the 30 day waste of time. He's been so much happier at the new place, they're welcoming and very attentive to him. Classes at the new place are the same amount of kids and twice the amount of teachers which is how it should be. Kids Campus will show you all the glam but there are no cameras, teachers seem like they could care less in the two year old room and the front office staff is just cold. I'm much happier paying $25 a week more at the new place because my child seems extremely happy, thriving and we don't get treated poorly when we arrive. This place fooled us with the tuition rates. It's so low because the student to teacher ratio is insane. The place is very nice, near Summerlin border and has a nice playground. Outside of that this place is just a waste of money. I personally think I deserve my 4 weeks tuition back. Be extremely careful when you think of enrolling your young one here. 1 star seems extremely generous.
