Wow, just wow. I stumbled upon this place while getting some take out nearby. I was floored by the amount of inventory, both new and used.

Clothing racks are three rows high + stuff on an additional wire rack above. All sizes and seasons. An entire wall of Valentines and St Patty's day clothing and accessories. Plus the largest selection of Melissa and Doug I've ever seen at one store.

There's rows of baby equipment, strollers, toys, maternity.....hair accessories and on and on. I'm convinced if you can't find it here it doesn't exist!

Not consignment but cash or credit buy outs. I was so excited to find this place albeit 2 hours from home that I called my daughter....she told me there's two locations closer to home in York.

Definitely going to check them out and you should too!

We just recently moved to Hagerstown from Las Vegas and we don't have something like this spent 110$ got 6 pairs of cat &Jack shoes 2 pants and like 10 shirts. Definitely going back!

They are always great love to go there to buy and to sell things great selection. They treat you nice and are always on the ball love this store

Love stopping in to see what's new! Good quality clothes at a great price! I'm never disappointed at the selection and organization making it easy to find what you're looking for.

Great prices and selection. Very friendly staff. Good points system for rewards! Highly recommend for parents of babies and kids!

I'm a first time grandmother and I'm very picky about what goes on my granddaughter. I was impressed with the over all appearance of the store. I also thought the employees were helpful and pleasant. I'll be back.

Left with a bad taste in my mouth. Brought in a several very nice Janie and Jack shoes (read like new and usually $50 each new) , Riding Outfit (including a blazer that retailed for $80 on its own), and dresses (one was J&J and $50 new) and was credited $20 some cash or $30 in store credit.... Ummm I could sell each pair of shoes on EBay for $10 each. For that price would have just donated the whole lot and felt better about it! When I asked to at least get my shoes back (i.e. cancel the transaction), I was told it was already printed and done. So obviously I took store credit and bought a few items. I didn't use my full store credit and now I am unsure I want to bother driving back to use it up.

Seller beware! Sell on EBay or Facebook marketplace, skip the middle man and stress of an unpleasant experience.

I decided that I just couldn't leave with the situation as it was and went back in to the store to be firmer about wanting my items returned and that the items should not have been tagged and processed before I gave my consent to sell. I was able to get my items returned-both those I sold and those I bought. I am much happier with this outcome. I still question how they arrived at their prices (considering I sold them 19 items!?) when they claim to buy items for 1/3 of the sale price.

So the conclusion is that I am happy now, but still wouldn't shop or sell here. Even consignment shops will pay 50% of the sale price when an item sells. Just food for thought for future sellers.

I have Went here Many Time in the Past. They have nice Employees,& Good Service.

I Have Never Done Anything To This One Employee but every time i would go in to sell my items she was rude straight of the start.. Again Never Had this Problem When I First Started Shopping Here.
They Do Have a Couple Nice & Respectful Employees- Rosella, And A Couple New Girls.
I have A question When did this new policy Start - I was told 30Mins Drop off "if i stayed in stores". I stayed in the store for 1hr30mins Decided to walk up to the corner to see if my buy was ready. Was told It was be Another 45Mins. How is that Possible?? When i first dropped off i was told 30Mins If i waited in Store?
Then after being in store for 1hr30min. It was past lunch time1:00-1:30. I walked up to the corner told them me and my son were going to get lunch due to it being past lunch time and that they told me false information. I told the girl we would be gone 30-50 Mins Max Probably( The Times she quoted me to finish my buy.) ""Was told me that if i leave the store they could buy whatever items of mine that they want for whatever Amount they Wanted/And I Had No Say.. They Would Put my return back in My bags And That Was It."
When Did this Policy Start?
Before you could drop off and pick up whenever you wanted within the same day and they would Quote you a price for your items you could actually physically see the items you were selling the company and get paid no problems.
Not ANYMORE!!!!
Now They Don't Even Want to Show You Your Items Your Selling Them For There Set Price Of Money

I Have Started To Go To Once Upon A Child- Harrisburg,PA Been A customer with them for two years now and have no yet had a problem. I definitely recommend all of my friends/Family to Once upon a Child Harrisburg PA.

Big selection of clothes, not much of a selection of anything else. I took in 20 outfits with tags on as well as a bouncer in great clean condition. Was given 30 in credit which was 1/2 of what I paid for the bouncer alone. While the employees are nice, it wasn't worth it

Friendly staff and well organized store. Clothes are always in good condition. There don't seem to be many shoe options, but I'm sure that's because kids are so tough on their shoes. They also carry toys and other baby & children's items.
