This is a scam company and thank god I put it on my Am Ex which I am disputing. Repair man George came in, I should have known bc he was abrupt every time I asked a question, charged $250. On June 25th 2019.iI called a month later, left 2 messages, no returned calls and no email follow ups. People don't waste your time and as for me, I will be refunded. I don't kn how people live with themselves scamming others.

simply put, the worst service manager in the world(John) worst customer service and follow up. Bad people doing a bad job. Go elsewhere!

A month ago George came to check my dryer, he said I need a heather replacement without to properly checked the dyer. I gave an advance in check, but I decided not to do the service, so I called to pay only the visit. I am still waiting my reimbursement back.
They don't answer the phone or returns calls.
Unfortunaly I am seeing the reviews now and is the same guy the tech George,

Sir did not want to pay your service deductible which you had with your warranty company you were canceled by your warranty company do to that. Hince why no one showed up you were very vulgar about every thing and it wasnt even us

I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. I had service on my air conditioner which we had replaced. George the repairman was fantastic and knowledgeable. Always on time explained what needed to be done. Stayed till late at night so I could have air.
Very patient as my case was very complicated. I called other companies but all I got was an attitude. Call KG and spoke with their appt setter. He was also pleasant and walk me through a problrm. Do not go by the negative reviews, as my experience was positive.

WARNING! KG's listed "place of business" is an abandoned store front on Davie Blvd. Their "shipping address" is a small PO Box at the NW 7th St. Post Office. When they had trouble with parts ordered from the manufacturer (LG), Kishler Georges , CEO and technician, told me I had to call LG myself to find out what the problem was. Manufacturer will only deal with the technician ordering the parts and will not give information to anyone else.
When calling KG for help I could not get through and messages were not returned. When I got though representatives would not give me a working cell number for Georges, would not give me an e mail to send correspondence, would not tell me their address where parts were actually shipped to, did furnish any update on parts order and did not get back to me with any updates. After my repeated calling the phone was disconnected.

BEWARE of this so-called appliance company! They are a COMPLETE scam. The owners name is George, but says he is not the owner just a technician, is absolutely arrogant. He came into my home, said I need a $225 part for my refrigerator, and took a deposit for half of the money. You will never see or hear from this scammer after he takes your check. He keeps saying the part is back ordered. I said don't bother, and send me a check for the money you stole. Still waiting for my $112.50

I gave a $10 tip a $60 service fee a few hours later I called to tell George that the machine is still not working lots of arguing, because it was fine when he left I spent another $60 & a well worth $10 tip KG tech GEORGE did not repair it properly and forgot to put a rubber washer etc.. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being cheated especially when your 73 & on AS

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with...they were part of Sears Repair sub-contractors. Not only did they not fix the problem with my refrigerator, they made it worse. At least before they replaced a part, the ice maker was working just not the water output. They tried to tell me it was a bad water filter, just because I am a woman they think I'm stupid. They do not return phone calls and when you do talk to them they lie and schedule appointments that they never keep. I guess they got their money from Sears and now I'm left with a broken refrigerator. Karma is their future.

Like many others that have left reviews, I only gave this company a one star because there wasn't a choice for no, or negative stars. My home warranty company sent this company out to repair my refrigerator on May 15. The tech said it needed a new compressor and evaporator coil and they would get it ordered and replaced. Now is when the trouble started. Weeks went by and we heard nothing. We tried calling them and our home warranty did the same. You never can get a live person. Just a recording saying to leave a message and they'll call you back. Never happens. I did reach someone one time and started to tell them my issue and they hung up on me! My warranty company reached them finally in early July and found out the company had relocated and apparently my parts were sent back because there was no forwarding address. They said they would start the process again and call me. Never heard from KG although I tried calling many, many times and left messages. My warranty company finally reached them again in early August and KG said they had the parts and would call me to set up an appointment. Same as previously. Never heard from them and they did not return calls. I finally had had enough and told my warranty company to cancel and start over with a new company. I can't believe KG has such utter disregard for their customers. How can you run a business this way. I will never use them again and hope no one else does.
