      Service here has been poor on more than one occasion (wrong items, missing items etc.). On the most recent visit, cashier seemed like a deer caught in headlights any time something was amiss (which was often), and had to repeatedly ask other co-workers what to do (thus slowing everyone down). She took more than five minutes to take the order of the person in front of me (who was ordering for only 2 people). When I did place my order, it took at least 10 more minutes to prepare the food, as there weren't any wedge fries (for any of the orders).

      One guy who had already been waiting for his order before I walked in had to leave without it, because his bus came in the meantime (and evidently, he was there to straighten out an order they'd screwed up for him *earlier* that day). Then the staff spent another minute or so discussing what to do about the fact that he left without his food (but, meanwhile, not working on the other orders).

      The food is like every other KFC. We don't eat it often, for various reasons, but when we do it's because we want to get something in a hurry. If I'd had 15+ minutes to spend on ordering and waiting for food, I would've gone somewhere nicer in the first place.

      In contrast, the Boston Market directly across the street handled my order quickly; I was in and out of there in 2 minutes.

      I've ordered 2 times from here and I'm done with this location.

      My order is either wrong or an item is missing. When I ask or let them know the workers, (2 older ladies) have such a terrible attitude and now I'm stuck on the side of the building waiting longer.

      I paid for my food and the lady refuse to give it me .Too much to type.She told me to move to the side like I didn't already pay for my food.I left and called grub hub and got a refund.Berywyn heights Kfc is a waste of a visit.They lied and said it was picked up after I left.I showed her the ready for pick up notification.I guess ready for pick up is the way to let a customer know its really not ready.

      I went to order food from Greenbelt Road, MD location store 771129 they ran out of food, they only had a few pieces available and the chicken was hard. The next morning I went back to the store hoping they had some fresh chicken which they did. I explained to the Spanish manager on duty who claimed her name was Saudy and that was a lie, but the manager argued with me about replacing my order. I explained to her that I had brought it back because you all did not have any original chicken, and the pieces given to me were hard. The Spanish manager continued to argue with me rather than try and make things right by replacing the order. The manager told me that it would take 15 minutes for the original chicken and I mentioned that I would wait for the fresh chicken because they did not have any fried chicken at 1:00 pm. I waited and when the chicken was ready the Spanish manager argued with me again saying I did not replace all of your items, I asked her why not after having me wait for over 15 minutes for fried chicken. Not only did the manager not give me my chicken she refused to give me back my receipt and folded the receipt up and put it in her pocket and told me that she was not going to give me my receipt and she was laughing at me while she was taunting me. This went on for over 10 minutes and I had to call the police because of her behavior and not wanting to give me my receipt. I hope she loses her job, she is not a good representative of KFC leadership.

      Decided to do dirty keto after a 3:30 physical. I hadn't eaten all day! I ordered a 3 piece. What I got was three large unrecognizable pieces of meat. They were extra greasy and had been fried, fried again, and refried. You get the point. I was surprised because it was a Friday afternoon, but regardless the chicken should have been fresh. On the bright side, the service was quick. Now I know why there weren't many people in the drive through line.

      Its a KFC. It receives Five stars because the staff were just so polite. I would have liked if the drink fountain the lobby worked however.

      This kfc was not that great, the drive thru line moved very slow. I asked the cashier if i could get my potatoes wedges unsalted and she said i can't because they come salted. So that was upsetting, but not as much as the disappointment that is their new" cinnabon " dessert biscuits they were soggy and wet and had just syrup and icing on them. Just terrible.

      My experience here was great. Most fast food restaurants have long lines right now but not this location for some reason. The woman running the drive through was polite and courteous. The extra crispy chicken was seriously extra crispy. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. Thanks for a great take out experience!

      I'm sorry but I was the ONLY person in line at 9pm so explain how you manage to get my food wrong twice! I ordered wings dipped in bbq. I got home and they had no sauce. I called and was told to come back and to bring them with me. Not only did they reuse the same cold crusty wings but they STILL put the wrong sauce on them. How?! THERE WAS NOBODY ELSE THERE. This KFC gets the least amount of business out of every restaurant on this road and I see why. Not to mention, employees are wearing no gloves and masks over their mouths but not over their nose. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY OR ENERGY HERE. Also I did not even receive a receipt just my card back so make sure you ask for one!

      Nasty cold crusty BBQ wings they gave me. Reusing my previously ordered ones so 20 min old wings.

      They are so unorganized at this location. I rejoined the line twice because the continued to forget things on my order. It's almost like they put whatever they want in the bag
