KFC

There was no ice, had to wait a while for food while only 1 other person was waiting & no one else was in the line. Completely ignored one part about order for no gravy. Received gravy. Went inside to get it changed. Person at counter didn't say anything, took a while to go remake some mashed potatoes & didn't say a word the whole time & looked away when handing it back.

The young man who was at the drive-through window was very polite. I got a two-piece chicken, and when I got to my office, the chicken was bad. It was spoiled it. It had a huge smell to it slimy. I called the store to let the manager know, and the number that they have on their site and also on their receipts, it's to a fax line, so I cannot get a hold of anyone. I would not recommend eating food from this place ever.

Staff was extremely friendly and cheerful. They made us comfortable with speaking Spanish and English. The food was even made fresh and chicken was crispy and juicy. Would recommend eating at this location 10 out of 10.

This KFC is so bad. The employees (especially the store manager) are completely incompetent. They cheat you by charging you for items you never ordered or received and then pretend they can't add up what you bought, refuse to give you a receipt & can't refund your credit card until you start talking about calling the police when you are showing them on your phone where they charged your card an extra $14 for items that are not in the bag & for items you did not order. Totally the worst fast food restaurant I have ever visited.

The Employees are rude. It took them 30 to get my food. They are sagging while giving us our food. They have blonde weave in there head and have no hairnets. I would review food but I'll die before I get it.

Trying to support local businesses during 'the isolation', but some businesses quality control really slipping - making one wonder how they're enforcing health regulations. Ordered a 12 piece pickup meal for a safe picnic with our family. The order form allowed you to request plates, which I did (though I notice it wasn't on the email confirmation). The bag was brought out by someone not waring a mask and my cursory check failed to identify the missing plates. Love the chicken and the sides were also a hit, but it was hard to be sanitary without the plates. That dropped my rating down a start

I went right when they opened. The fries were ice cold. I asked for extra pickles and no Mayo. they gave me extra Mayo and one pickle. No straw for my drink and no napkins. Don't go to this KFC, it is quite obvious they could care less what kind of service or product they shove out the window.

My 8 piece bucket of Extra Crispy thighs and legs I had delivered made me sad. It was a mixed bucket and tasted like it had no salt. The fries were good but limp. Original Recipe is better. I don't like chicken breast.

Greasy chicken. Crispy chicken had cakes of greasy uncooked flour. They finally got the gravy right. Biscuits were cold and hard like a brick. Can't rock with them no more.

The sweetest and greatest person. 10/10 recommended. It was a full morning but he had patience and helped everyone out.

Johnson took my order for a No. 6 all wings. When I arrived home he had wrung up a leg and 2 thighs. I definitely will not eat dark meat. I tried calling the store several times and they would not answer the phone. I drive back up there and told what happened in the drive thru as the lobby door was locked. When I pulled up to the window he just handed the box out the window with 3 wings. He never opened his mouth to say anything, not an apology, not thank you, and not even something extra for me driving back. The manager there is simply a poor manager with no customer service skills.
