Key Nails

Normally drive to concord to have my nails done, but i was in need of a quick fix, made a 5:30 appointment. Well never again! Place is small , hot as hell and rather dirty! Had a dip done and they only had a handful of dip colors! He asked if i wanted them shorter and i said no please shape... welp i look like i have child nails now!! Not impressed.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Awful customer service, rude, on the phone while doing nails, was so rough she made my 5 year granddaughter cry... what kind of business does that? This person told my daughter that my granddaughter is not ready for a manicure, but she has been going since she was two. AND she refused to do my other granddaughter, who was so excited to get her nails done with her cousin on her birthday this lady totally ruined it.

I've been going to Key Nails for a few years now and I have always had a great experience. Many things have changed and it's great to see the business growing and improving. My nails are always done well and I never had a problem with service. Only good things to say!

Extremely rude employees that were understaffed the entire time as well as hitting on underage girls and making sexual comments. All of the nails were horribly done I couldn't recommend it less,

DO NOT GO HERE! The place was dirty. The employees are rude. They are extremely rough when moving your hands around and with the files. I asked the guy to fix one finger because the tip was crooked and he said my nail was crooked. I told him no because my nails not crooked and he didn't fix it. They have horrible color range. Overall just go somewhere else. If I could put negative stars I would.

My friend went yesterday to get pedi's. It was about 11 AM. 2 workers and 2 customers were there. Man asked what we wanted, I said pedis for each. He says "it will be a long time" I asked how long and he says "a long time"!! WTH is that for an answer?? We were going for lunch so we thought he would be able to take us after our lunch. I asked can you do us at 12:30 and he said NO! Long Time! Well he is right about one thing................it will be a long time before I go back!!!

i felt very uncomfortable here along with my 3 other friends. will never go again thank you very much. bad nails also.

pedicure: was only one other person in establishment so they were not rushed. This is the typical low-scale nail salon found in a minimall. I'm not sure if it's just all similar nail places, but it seems that they have changed in the last 5 years. They used to give a nice leg and foot massage but now don't seem to care whether it feels good or not. Not sure why I'm paying up for services. I just don't feel like they care less about the client feeling good. I'm pleasant, low-key and get the ultimate full treatment so it's not that I'm cheap. I wasn't there for more than 35 minutes and it was $65.Then a tip. They didn't have the color I like so upsold me to gel on my toes. I wish I had gone w the basic pedicure and spent the money on a massage somewhere else instead. Perhaps I shouldn't expect more from these places.

i got my nails done 3 days ago and all ready 3 nails are gone! do not go here! they are very rude. they could be better. never agian.

i am not impress with my pedi at all my toes were fine but the person who did my toes made them look bad my left toe she cut too much off it and And I'm getting married in 27 days I hope my toes will be all grown in .. I will never go back to get my toe nails done there I could have done a better job .. not impressed lost a customer
