Driving through Ozark Arkansas 4000 miles into our trip towing our 5th wheel. Got a flat in my truck and called Kens Towing. They came out and helped with the spare then I followed him to the shop where the guys there fixed my tire up and got us back on the road fast and reasonable. Great experience for what could have been a bad day.

Our car died and left us stranded on the side of the interstate. Ken's got there quick even though it was late and towed us to their shop. Got our problem figured out and got us back on the road.

Ken's towing is located in Ozark, AR. Our vehicle broke down while traveling and my husband saw their sign so we called them. They came immediately to pick us up at the hotel and brought us and our vehicle to their shop. They put it in a bay immediately and have been working on getting it fixed. These folks are super nice Christian people and they truly care about getting you fixed up. At first they didn't pull up on Yelp but then like I said my husband saw a sign. So thankful! Give these folks a call if you need help! It was also good to see they work on the police vehicles and fire Dept vehicles. Trustworthy! Honest! Integrity!

If you're in need of a tow anywhere in the greater Eastern OK, NWA, River Valley or Southwest MO, these are the guys to call. Ask for Jason. Our car broke down in Clarksville at 8:30 pm with over 1 1/2 hours to home. My wife and I'd been on the road for 2 weeks visiting family on the East coast, and had just come from the Little Rock Costco on our way to NWA, so we had a Yukon XL full of luggage and bulk grocery items (much of it needing refrigeration). Spending the night wasn't an option. Called AAA for roadside assistance, and they thankfully sent Jason. He was an absolute godsend. He arrived a half hour earlier than estimated, quickly got our car on the truck, and even took the time to check out and confirm our suspicions about the cause of the problem. He was incredibly personable, courteous and service oriented. His friendly manner calmed us both down and he kept us talking and laughing with his many life stories (21 year Army vet) for the whole trip. He went above and beyond in so many ways and made the entire experience almost enjoyable. He is truly one-of-a-kind, and definitely our first call if we're in need of that service again!

These guys are fantastic. Our moving truck broke down near them and they responded right away had us towed to their shop and the truck diagnosed very quickly. The parts for repair weren't available until the following day so they called the local motel and had a room waiting for my family and I. They were very accommodating, I would highly recommend their service!

My Blazer broke down a block away from their office. They were sent by AAA and arrived fairly quickly. They towed the truck to a location that said they could fix our vehicle the same day but once the vehicle was taken there the other company said they could not fix it. Our tow driver called his supervisor and was told that they they could fix it. Within four hours, we had a new fuel pump on the truck and back on the road to our final destination, Atlanta. They were professional, worked quickly and very reasonable with their prices! THANKS!

This kind of service is rare. I called AAA when I ran out of gas on the highway. A representative from Ken's Towing came to assist - they were prompt and efficient. As I drove a bit further, there were still lights on the dash. I called back to Ken's Towing and they told me to come right over. They helped me immediately, cleared the lights on the dash, and sent me on my way without charge. There are places significantly closer to my home but if my car needs service in the future, I will be headed back to Ken's Towing.

This guy was top notch, and I gotta say I am as high maintenance as they come. He came to pick up a totaled out fifth wheel at my house, he was clean and presentable, courteous and personable even stopping to ask if it was alright to pull into my yard to turn around. He was polite and worked quickly. His thumb got hung up in something and got smashed and he didn't swear or make a ruckus. He was calm and polite as he walked me through how I could help him free his thumb which was very severely smashed. I wish all towing services were as wonderful as Ken's. Five Stars and more to this gem! Thanks so much for being so wonderful and I hope your thumb heals up quickly!

My Chevy Duramax gave up the ghost June 29 on interstate I40. I was going from San Diego to Knoxville. I called AAA club they called Kens Towing in Ozark. I was towing my 31' fifth wheel toy hauler. My trailer is 13'6". Because of the height witch I wasn't thinking about, Jimmy sent out two trucks. They towed me to their shop where they gave me super service. I had my wife and two young grand kids on board. Jimmy made sure I had power to trailer for A/C and refrigerator. I asked them to replace the fuel filter housing, my mechanic in San Diego suggested changing the housing. Alex and Shannon work together Friday late trying to get me back on the road. The housing wasn't the problem it was the computer. There price was more than fare, and they worked hard and long trying to get me back on the road. I would recommend the to anybody.
