Ken Vernon Construction

Ken does fantastic work. A true licensed craftsman. The reason he may not be as available as some would like is because of that - his hands are full with projects all the time. In addition, he's very selective about who he subcontracts as well so he's not your typical contractor who would do shoddy work and then split.

This is my first ever Yelp! review. Unfortunately, it's to simply say never to use the services of Ken Vernon. You can try, but you'll probably not get a returned phone call. And if you do, don't anticipate the continued back-and-forth. You'll be left high and dry no matter how simple the task. Absolutely ridiculous. At least tell me you can't do the job instead of leaving me wondering if you're ever going to show. Still fuming.

I can understand what the other reviewer is talking about. Ken can be extremely difficult to get in touch with.

He did a great job fixing up some stuff at my Mother in Law's house, however, and he helped us tremendously by helping us diagnose a large problem with our shower pan. If you don't mind having to be a little diligent in following up, and being flexible as he is very busy and his services are highly in demand, Ken can do some exceptional work for you.
