The purchase of this home was challenging given my dad's medical issues, but Kelly was able to navigate the process without any disruptions or last minute fire drills. This was a remote purchase; nevertheless, everything was done in perfect order and even after the closing she has continued to make herself available to further assist us throughout the relocation process. Kelly is a great negotiator that seeks the best for her clients. I will highly recommend Kelly to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

My husband and I were relocating for work to the area and I reached out to several companies in need of assistance to purchase, or rent something in Vero Beach. Angie was one that contacted me and for some reason, we just clicked! Could be that we had much in common in that she transferred from CA to Vero as well. Talking to her was like talking to someone I had known my whole life. I knew then, she was the ONLY realtor for us! After much thought and contemplation, we decided to rent for a year and then purchase once we were familiar with the area. I have to say, Angie went above and beyond the call of duty. She drove to MANY locations. She took video, pictures, called me daily and really cared about us and our move. It was a very difficult transition for me personally, yet Angie made it so much easier and I know without her, this would have NEVER gone the way it did. If there is any possible way you can avoid dealing with Kelly Fischer, do so. I signed a contract to purchase a home and gave the required deposit. I wanted to purchase the home! The following day; Kelly Fischer contacted me and told me I had to sign paperwork to void my contract, because of issues involving a previous buyer whose offer had expired. This was an offer Kelly Fischer was already aware of when she took my offer and deposit. The previous buyer did not have any valid claim on the property. I did not sign the paperwork to void my contract and sought the advice of a friend who is a real estate agent out of state. Then I had to retain an attorney to protect my interests. With the help of my friend and my attorney I was able to complete the purchase of the property. However, the entire transaction was stressful and unpleasant because of Kelly Fischer. If I had followed Kelly Fischer's direction, I would not own the home. She wanted me to void the contract because of issues that were to her benefit. She misled me and acted in her own best interests. If you value honesty and integrity, steer clear of this agent.
