Kathy Bernardez - State Farm Insurance Agent

Glad I went to Kathy to insure my new car. She took time to explain all the options and help me get a policy right for me. Highly recommend speaking to her for your insurance needs.

We have asked to speak to Kat for months with no avail. I am not sure what is going on or why he is running the place. Kat are you ok should we call Dateline? We are changing agents thanks for your service when you were servicing our policies you were great~

Fantastic team. You can tell Kathy really cares for her clients. We felt really supported when we moved over and were offered better coverage while saving us a lot of money. Definitely reach out to them. They will have your back and will genuinely cater to each clients' needs.

Worst insurance agency office I have ever dealt with.
There are many other state farm agents, anyone else would be better...

Kathy is always traveling or out of the when you need to speak to the agent. She fully depends on her incompetent staff to assist her clients. They do not have an understanding of insurance policies or state farm procedures. I had to follow up several times to get my insurance policies corrected and then they still ended up incorrect and I was provided completely wrong information.


Kathy should have her license taken away, her staff nor her do their due diligence when creating policies nor have any sort of ethics.

I needed insurance asap so I called State Farm and the insurance representative Monique was awesome she such a sweetheart , customer service on point you made my day Monique thank you keep up the good work !!!!

Normally I don't do reviews because they take too much time but after speaking with Chris I had too. He was down to earth, took time to answer all my questions and had a great personality on him. I've always been with Liberty Mutual but I can honestly say after that I may have to switch to Statefarm. I'll join the Khakis army. Thanks Chris and all the staff!!

What a great experience it was working with Kathy's team! Our family, with 5 cars, made the switch today from another popular provider. We'd been with the other company for almost a decade but have been wanting to explore more economical options. Thank God for Briana, who asked a couple of simple questions during a routine call, prompting me to start the process. I provided her the information she needed right away and she was able to get back to me in a timely manner and we explored all the options. She and Jon called me to discuss these options, rather than going back and forth on email. They were so personable, effective and easy to connect with. Money isn't the only reason people switch carriers - we really do want to feel like our business is important. Kathy and her team know this and it shows.
