Absolutely didn't nail it. Wtf. On top of this my daughter has allergies they said they would call back to confirm ingredient list but instead went ahead and made a cake my daughter can't eat and wouldn't change it even though we called them 5 days in advance to confirm since they never called back. They were short and abrupt and rude. Instead of a refund they threw in some cupcakes. Bad customer service. Didn't make a cake that looked like what I ordered and my daughter has to watch her cake get eaten and she can't even have any.

They didn't offer any suggestions to fix this mess.

I don't believe the recent reviews. Pictured is what I ordered vs what I got. And again all of these folks say they were willing to fix their errors but they refused to do so.

I got the cake for my Alice in Wonderland themed bridal shower here and it was PERFECT! I am so happy with it and everyone was raving over how beautiful it was and tasted delicious. I gave her inspo photos and she ran with it and created a work of art

After trying cakes from a popular local bakery I was disheartened by the quality. Sure, they were pretty, but who cares about pretty if they don't taste great? A friend recommended Kathryn's Confections so I gave them a try for my son's baptism. I sent some inspiration photos, and when I arrived to pick the cake up I could have cried. This is simply the most elegant and sweet cake I've ever seen. The service was impeccable, and you can tell that they are proud to be in the industry.

Now- for the real test... how'd it taste? Well, I chose a vanilla cake with Oreo filling. I went for a second piece, something I never do. So many guests asked where I got this cake because it was "the best they'd ever tasted". They were right.

Not only are their cakes exquisite to look at, but they are also completely and sinfully delicious!

We had Kathryn's cupcakes for my daughter's baby shower and they looked amazing and tasted even more amazing!!

Kathryn and team created my father's 60th birthday beach themed cake and WOW they did NOT disappoint. They did exactly what was asked for from sending a photo while ALSO including the toppers ( a lot of bakeries make you purchase and bring those ). The cake was PHENOMENAL super fresh and the icing was light and fluffy. 10 stars. heading there this week for a baby shower cake!

Very happy with my recent cake order! Had the top of our wedding cake replicated and they did a great job. Cake tasted absolutely delicious as well. I will be back again for sure!

I ordered from this bakery for the first time for my daughter's sweet sixteen party, very disappointing. The cake was so dry I would not recommend this bakery

We ordered our wedding cake from Kathryn's and were so happy with the results. We selected a lemon cake with raspberry filling, with a simple textured design of white frosting. She also made matching dairy free / gluten free cupcakes for our guests with dietary restrictions. There were no delivery issues on the day of the wedding, and the cake was probably the best lemon cake we've ever had. We look forward to ordering from Kathryn's again for other occasions.

I've had their cakes at other birthday parties and enjoyed them, so I ordered one for my son's birthday for the first time. He's a big Paw Patrol fan and they really hit it out of the park with this cake! It was a BIG hit! The price was very reasonable for the work that went into it--and the cake was tasty.

I did add a few small Paw Patrol figures to the cake as toppers, but even without them the cake was a masterpiece. (Everything else was included on the cake.)
