I'm from Miami where Peruvian cuisine is available everywhere... I'm so glad to have found this gem... Not only was the Lomo saltado (a classic) on point, their churros were impeccable. I ordered delivery, it was fast with no trouble. Will order again in the future! Thank you!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. WE ARE WAITING 1 HOUR AND 40 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD.

First nobody there speaks English which I think is just ridiculous.

Second their online prices do not even match their menu prices and they are very unaccommodating.

Third they have not apologized even once for their lack of professionalism. When I called to follow up she said Oh I have another customer to attend before I can assist you with the delivery issue. She was laughing at me over the phone when I asked to speak with a manager.

NEVER EVER EVER WILL THEY GET MY JOBS BUSINESS AGAIN.

Chicken and fries was excellent! Next time we will get the salad instead of rice. And delivery was fast.... Good Food!

Ordered a chicken salad for delivery and after 1 hour of waiting I called and was told it would take 10 more mins. 30 mins later I called again and they apologized saying the driver was really busy needless to say I ended up canceling my order after waiting for an hour and a half. The best part was that the delivery driver showed up with my salad 20 minutes after I cancelled my order. I definitely didn't want it at that point.

This place gets 4 stars for the service and price. I ordered the 1/4 chicken that came with rice, beans, and salad for only $6! The portion was extremely large and very filling that I could eat for 3 meals!! I travel often and don't know anywhere I could find such a great deal. The people who work there are extremely courteous and kind. The food is very plain however. If you are looking for a different kind of delivery option on a low budget with a healthy twist, this is the best place!

Food was good. Service is terrible.
The green sauce is no PioPio sauce but it'll do. What would have been nicer was for them to call out on their menu that the additional green sauce you can purchase is basically a rip off. We ordered on grubhub and couldn't believe they actually charged us for the "additional sauce" and when we called them to confirm they didn't leave anything out in our delivery they dismissed us with a "we don't speak English" excuse.
The food itself was good but it's still not PioPio.

Idk how anyone can say this place is great. They've obviously never tasted great food before. The food was super dry. No utensils or napkins with my chicken and rice! The order finally came two hours later, mind you, I'm located at least 15 minutes away so it's no surprise that the food was extremely cold and inedible. It took them 30 minutes to process my credit card payment because they "didn't know how"? Horrible experience!

So let me start off by saying I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from this place and I will never order from here every again I order a whole rack of pork ribs no sauce with 1/2 chicken  with yellow and French fries and a side order of 14 shrimp for $8. So as I talk to the gentlemen on the phone about how many ribs you receive in a half he said "8 whole ribs" so alright but I ordered a whole rack with no sauce all they did was cut up a half rack in 2 pieces each thinking that I wouldn't  notice  ....then I receive 8 shrimp instead of 14 as well as they gave me white rice instead of the yellow rice I ordered..,, I was not satisfied I just got off work I wanted exactly what I ask for and not to mention they charge me 29.96.... But i can say the food was amazing I enjoyed it very much just very bad with communication

Yeah I've never had bad tasteless Spanish food until now. I gave them a two because the delivery was very fast but as far is the taste it was non existent. I had the chicken with rice and beans and plantains. I expect white rice to be bland but I thought the beans would take care of that....I was wrong. So i just ended up with tasteless rice soaked in tasteless beans. The chicken really wasn't seasoned at all. The only thing decent was the sweet plantains which is pretty hard to mess up. Won't be eating here again.

Mannys chicken is legit! Bbq charcoal chicken at its finest! The food is amazing at this little known Newark eatery. Not flashy but that's not what I came here for!! The maduros (plantation bananas) are sweet, tender and succulent! The beans and rice was spot on. 100% recommend this place!

Ordered take out and it was delicious! The chicken empanadas are so good! I got the shrimp and rice combo and there were cooked perfectly not too greasy! Would definsteky order from them again

Had my food delivered to hotel room. Very tasty. Big portions.  Well..  they forgot utensils but I guess I'm expected to use fingers for BBQ?  I wish I had some spicy sauce.

So Delicious! Order the 1/4 Chicken platter. It comes with a small fresh salad, rice and beans. The Sweet Plantains and Yucca get two thumbs up as well! Fresh juice is great too - try the Carrot, Apple and Ginger.
I was surprised that I got so much food for such a small price :) and even happier that the food is so satisfying and healthy at the same time.
They deliver!

Not sure about this place yet. I placed an order and they estimated delivery within 45 minutes I called 40 minutes later and they said I have to wait 30 more minutes they lady sounder like a child who answered the phone. I asked if they had dessert tres leche she said no and laughed. I'm not sure about it lets hope the food is good or else first and last time ordering.

Were do i start, wanted to try a new place for lunch after an usual place close early for a day.

So here we go i placed an order with eat24 at KARPOLLO BBQ, decided to try Great Australian burger got my order in 4:30 pm an 1 hour later try to check on my order they say 30 min more, did not know burger cook so long.
Contacted eat24 they try to call them teal them driver got in an accident so i say let's wait a little more... Another 30 min pass by were is the food this time i call my self but one one speaks any english all they say 30 min and hang up the phone. So i contact eat24 to call them again and they say 30 min you will get your food ok lets wait.

At about 7:00 pm i get a phone call from Karpollo, sir you will not get your food delivery guy car broke down we are backed up in order so NO FOOD FOR YOU.

THANK YOU, for wasting 2 hours and 30 min of my time

IF YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD FOREVER THIS IS A PERFECT PLACE

WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AND DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANY

This place it's not a Peruvian restaurant,good food,affordable prices,clean atmosphere but the background music too loud,it makes me feel like if I was in a lounge.

Great food if it gets to you.  Ordered at 7.  At 8 called and was assured on way.  Called back at 9.  Said order was never placed and chicken is no longer available.

But I will just go in person going forward as I dig their food.

Food was good. Located near by. Excellent ambience. Recommended. Try the fish and garlic combo. The chicken curry is excellent. Good ambience.

The food is delicious and they serve very generous portions! If your going to come here, bring your appetite. The staff is very friendly and will do their best to make sure you had a great experience. I highly recommend stopping in for a bite!
