Karen will be my real estate agent for life. She is not only an agent, but also a mentor and a friend. From our very first orientation meeting til now, Karen has been patient, positive, and encouraging. I gave her the criteria of my home search, and every listing she sent was exactly what I wanted. She hand curates each listing, and her attentiveness and attention to detail astounds me.

I wanted to maximize the time spent attending open houses and sent Karen a list of 10 homes. She coordinated all the viewings in the span of a few days and spent an entire morning and early afternoon visiting each one. I will never forget Karen's energy (and snack basket!) as we walked through house after house. That day, I learned from firsthand experience that 10 open houses in a day is a grueling task. I will not subject myself and poor Karen through that again! (Maybe 15 next time?!) But if I suggested visiting 15, Karen would still make that happen. With an even larger snack basket!

Karen is friendly, experienced, accommodating, honest, and genuine. She never pressures me into action, and I truly believe she cares for my well-being. Real estate transactions can be daunting and intimidating, but I trust Karen to guide and navigate me through this process.

Karen has been fantastic in addressing my wife's and my needs in a property. We had an initial conversation about our goals as well as features we wanted from the property, and she has been able to deliver above and beyond.
She has also been patient because as we took this crazy journey with her, many of our needs and desires shifted along with the market conditions, and she helped us navigate and kept us informed of housing availability and the current situation. She was very accomodating and carefully hand selected the properties that met our criteria and checked in with us to make sure our expectations were met.
We will continue to use her in the future and highly recommend anyone hoping to either buy a primary residence or an investment property.

There are many realtors but not all have the gift of truly caring for their clients needs and desires in such an excellent way! Karen goes above and beyond to find the right home for you and also to market your home! She looks for the best offer, location, pricing and amenities for her clients as she works closely by listening to them. She is great with first time homebuyers, walking them through the process- we are so grateful she did that with us! She is insightful and just lovely to work with! You won't regret choosing her!
