Karen Anderson and Leigh Hanisee worked as a great team to prepare my home in San Pedro and place it for sale, The sale went quick with three offers in two days. They helped with the negotiations and sale of my condo. I am super satisfied by the quick results they delivered.

4. She continually worked with the sellers of this beautiful home in San Pedro to get the house ready for market and then necessary repairs for us buyers. She has numerous contacts for repair, paint, electrical, cabinets, you name it.

We have bought and sold a few properties, and this was, by far, the smoothest and most professional transaction ever. Karen and her team made things stress free, and sold our property within a few weeks. If needed in the future, we would only list with them!!!

I was looking to buy in Rancho PV and wanted a realtor who knew the area. I decided to go with Karen based on her great reviews. She really knows her stuff and I'm so glad she represented me to buy and sell, because in this crazy real estate market only a true expert could have pulled it off.

I won't go into all the hairy details that kept me up at nights, so I'll just say that having a really experienced and knowledgeable realtor like Karen is absolutely critical. She knew how to expertly navigate through the complexities of helping me buy my new home, and then sell my current home, all within a ridiculous short window. She also has furnishings to help stage, understands the loan process really well, and has a network of contractors and service professionals who are also critical to the buying/selling process.

Oh, and I ended up buying in Mission Viejo and selling in Culver City. So although I would normally prefer a realtor who is an expert in that specific neighborhood, I learned that with Karen it didn't matter. She worked really hard on my behalf; so much so that I wondered if she even slept at nights. Haha.

We were looking to buy our first home down in San Pedro and contacted Leigh off a Redfin based on a few properties her office managed which we were interested in looking at in the area over the weekend. On Friday night she also suggested another home in the area to visit which was listed the night before. We viewed it, fell and love with the property and then went on the crazy sprint of putting an offer down on the home and a week later ended up having our offer accepted. Leigh helped us all along the way. It was a whirlwind tour but she picked up the phone many times of the day even though the craziness of funding the loan where we as first time home buyers were often lost or confused. She is level headed and a straight shooter.

Leigh was fantastic. I got the ho I wanted with her help.
