This place is unbelievably bad. The booth was unorganized and, for a cell phone supplier, didn't really have anything in stock. The guy had no idea what he was talking about. He tried to sell me a Verizon family plan that went out in 2008! I had no idea how he was going to get me signed on to that plan since it didn't exist anymore! Then, when he wanted to make a deal with me, he said he'd call me the next day because he had to "speak to his supervisor" about getting me the best deal possible on a phone. Feeling unoptimistic about the situation, I went to another Verizon dealer and they cracked up at my story about this place. Also, he never called me back. I'm kind of glad he never did. This place is a joke!
