Be prepared to wait and then when someone who had a haircut prior comes back in and needs a refresh, they will allow them to cut in front of you. Check in on the app 45 minutes early and said that I would be seen at approximately 5:00. Got there at 4:50 and the screen said that I had another 45 minute wait. At 5:30 another gentlemen walked in and put his name on the list and he was several names below mine. At Approximately 5:40 the stylist got complete and I was ready to get my haircut as the waitlist had my name first. The gentlemen who came in after me went up to the stylist and talked to her and shortly thereafter he got called up. When I asked why, they said that he had a "refresh". I immediately walked out and will NEVER be back.

Been here three times in the last four months (shame on me). They have absolutely no urgency. Today was the breaking point of going to a real barber. Each of the last three times I have checked in online, and shown up 5-10 min before the estimated time and ended up waiting 45 min past the expected time.

Do not come here. I've gone 3 times and literally every time I've had to go back because someone noticeably messed up. I shouldn't have to waste my time returning to the store and paying an extra tip just so someone else can fix mistakes.

Well they have the longest waitlists in the areas bc their stylists are running amouck and padding the wait times dramatically so they can work a leisurely slow pace and cuddle with their favorite clients!!! This place is poorly managed!!! I highly recommend avoiding this location and find all the ones with a short wait time!!! Horrible!!!!

This place has been getting worse and worse. I have been coming here for over ten years since I was a kid and now bring my own kids. The last couple years the quality has went down to where I was happy with an okay haircut. Today my sons and I got BAD haircuts from different people the day before were going on vacation. We had to go to a barber shop to straighten things out. What a waste of money. I'm done with Sport Clips completely.
In addition we waited 15 minutes for them to unlock the door after 9 am. They didn't show me the back of my head and completely ignored my request for a fade, did a straight 2 sides and back, and totally skipped shaving the bottom of my neck after taking off the gown. It was terrible. Waited over an hour for a bad haircut that I had to correct when I got home. Hair dresser forgot some things I mentioned I wanted, and didn't show me the back of my head when it was cut, or blow dry my hair.
I went home dissatisfied and upset. I am a huge purveyor of Sport Clips... until today. Furthermore, everytime I go in there the prices seem to go up.

Checked in on a Tuesday on the app. 55 min till check in and arrived on time only to look at the board to see that I had another 45 min to wait!!!!!!!! Wtf!!! What is the point of the app?????? I was told is cause they had walk ins. How about you don't take them? How about if your cutting there hair and a customer that has checked in on the app walks in, you stop what your doing and take care of them. Tell the person that walked in with know appointment that they have to wait to finish up.

Still bad! Understaffed with 90 minute wait times. Customers being routinely and nonchalantly told of excessive wait times and then annoyingly asked if they registered online. Stylists moseying around the shop, doing no discernable work, with zero sense of urgency, losing business from the two-thirds of walk-ins that walk right back out. What is going on here? I get the online pre-registration is supposed to help with long wait times, but it seems that staffing has been reduced before this newfound approach was fully vetted. I'm looking elsewhere.

I've actually had to tell a "stylist" I wasn't ready when she called my name since she butchered me during a prior visit. Sure, you can pick the person you like, but then you are calling ahead and waiting until she frees up which defeats the purpose of a walk-in style, quick turnaround haircut joint. Also, I don't mind too much when I have to hear stories about boyfriends or family issues or working long hours, but can the gals continue cutting while they talk? So many times, the action stops as the talking starts and I have to sit there for twice as long. I almost said something the last time, but I may want to go there again some day. This isn't a hair salon where personal​ stories must be part of the experience, is it?
