Kaylee C.GA, GA042Nov 27, 2021Most of the time I'm perfectly happy when coming out of jot em down however I was very disappointed with my last visit. I was doing some Christmas shopping because they were having a sale. I got three shirts off of the 1/2 off rack and one off of the 30% off rack and was given 30% off of all of the shirts. Four in total. I'm not sure if this was an error during checkout or just failure to maintain their cloths lobby however, it is just bad customer service. Either way I was very agitated at the situation and thought it to be false advertisement. If something is on a rack that says 1/2 off I expect it to be half off. it wasn't just the three shirts on the 1/2 off rack it was very many. Same brand, different colors, about 20-40 of the shirts on this rack!!! I was really unhappy when my total came out to be 117 when I expected it to much less.
