JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Very nice craft supply warehouse. They have everything for my crafting needs. I started crocheting and sewing this year and Jo Ann is the one stop store for everything I need. I was a total novice, but the ladies in the sewing department were a peach. Their help has been invaluable. Prices are good on most items and they have coupons you can download on your phone or get in the mail.

Was not fun. The atmosphere did not want to make me buy everything like Joann's used to. Stocked shelves were nice and neat/ floor was clean but there was not a lot of variety. I could not pry a shopping cart out if the pile to shop with . They were a mess. Employees saw me but did not offer to help since they were overwhelmed with their jobs. I left and went next door to Bed Bath and Beyond and had more fun and spent my money there.

Walked in 35 minutes before closing and was immediately told only 30 minutes left. I shopped around and was constantly approached by staff telling me I needed to hurry up. I was shouted at because I had to leave in 14 minutes. Staff was rude, very unprofessional, and unhelpful. Will never be going back to that Joann's again!

Disappointing.
This store has a vast selection of anything youd need for crafts and projects. Prices can be deceiving and sometimes higher than the competitors.
Time after time Ive experienced slow service. After waiting 20+ minutes to get fabric cut, you trek over to the registers to wait another 20 minutes. It's just too long for a yard of fabric.

The most trashed and disorganized Joanns I've ever been to and the managers don't know and can't tell you where anything is not take any time to help you when asked. Worthless place. Garbage on the floors and racks empty everywhere. No sectioning to find items. Scattered crap everywhere and feels dark and dingy. Sticking to Michaels after this from now on. Hate this store.

Good place to go for supplies but awful service. We asked a question and an employee laughed at us. Would rather go to michaels now.

Love love love the store, hate that there's no one around to help you hate that the store does not staff enough help! Therefore I will leave without buying anything because I can't find anyone to ask the question I need answered one cashier and one person working in fabric no one else to be seen!!!there's a lot of people that need jobs they need to hire more help!
