BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!! We have been ordering Jimmy John's for years and have never been treated with this much DISRESPECT! It was absolutely APPALLING! We placed a delivery order at 8:32pm. We live within a 5-10 minute drive. We were told it would take 10 minutes. We knew it would most likely take a little longer, but within 30 minutes. An HOUR passes and NOTHING! We called very politely to check on the status and we were told the driver was late to work and he would be at our place in the next few minutes. We had no problem with that. TWENTY MORE MINUTES PASS and nothing. We call back because we knew the store closes at 10:00 pm. At this point it is 9:50pm. We were HUNG UP ON MULTIPLE TIMES and when we finally were able to talk to someone, we just asked for a refund. Right after that phone call, the delivery guy calls saying that he is here with our food. NO ONE IS TO BE FOUND. We called his number back multiple times and there was no answer. So, we called the store back to figure out what was going on. The SUPPOSED MANAGER ON DUTY SAID, "F*** YOU, AND HUNG UP. NEVER IN OUR LIVES HAVE WE BEEN TREATED WITH SO MUCH DISRESPECT. **WE WERE ALSO TOLD WE WOULD BE REFUNDED WITHIN 5 MINUTES AND TO CALL BACK IF IT DIDN'T REFLECT IN OUR ACCOUNT. NOTHING HAS BEEN REFUNDED. We do understand this can take days. We were just told so many different things.

Worst tuna fish sub ever! Sub smells like onions and I don't even have onions on it. Very slim amount of tuna. Now my husband's ordered A different sandwich, he asked for peppers on it, "one pepper on the sub!" First time eating and there last time eating from them. Wish I could give zero stars!

I took a few bites and threw my sub away, then I got sick fast!

This was my first experience ever eating at any Jimmy Johns and I was less than impressed. I got the 8" Turkey Tom. I was disappointed with the lack of veggies offered. I don't like mustard or mayo so usually get sandwiches dry or if offered pesto. The employees were quick and I was out of the store within minutes. I was looking forward to my sandwich. I took the first bite and that was it. So disappointed and will never go back to a Jimmy Johns. The bread was stale, the tomatoes and cucumber flavorless as they were partially frozen. The turkey was so minimal it was a rip off. Keep driving and go to subway. It is much better than this place. Fancy named sandwiches with no content.

I've been obsessed with Jimmy Johns lately. Fresh and fast, and simple, but they do that extremely well. My first trip I ordered one sub and one club, and they both came on French bread, so I was confused. The clubs you expect to be on square bread, right? Well, you have to order them on wheat (and s fine, thick, nutty wheat it is). The difference is their clubs have more meat and cheese than the subs. There are similar sandwiches on both lists, but the clubs are bigger.

Stopped by on my way through town for lunch. My first Jimmy Johns experience. Friendly and fast service! Delicious sub! I'll definitely be back!

This place is great. Not only is the food amazing but our order is always correct! The restaurant is very clean and the staff is super friendly.

Wow! This place was so clean, food was good and quick and all 4 employees were pleasant and continued to work!
I am really impressed!!!

Did not like it. Many employees behind counter (6) and sandwich was thin. Very little meat or other stuff. No one was smiling just sort of a matter of fact attitude not friendly.

I can't believe it's 2 on a Friday and they don't have the butter to make their new sandwich The Frenchie. Thank goodness they had ham to make our Pepes.

First Jimmy John's I've been to and I was impressed! The meat and cheese is higher-end than other chains and their speed is INSANE! They are handing you your sandwich while you're still paying. Great if you're on the run. While the bread is delicious, I would choose their white over the wheat even though I normally always go wheat.

The cost is slightly more than Subway but it is worth it if you're up there. They also deliver!
