I used to bring my car to this location all the time until I realized it was costing me more to upkeep to fix the issues Jiffy Lube was introducing. In general, the staff is nice enough. As someone else noted, they'll open the door for you and will most definitely inform you of every little problem they see with your car. Depending on the staff and the season, they can be a bit careless. In addition to getting oil changes, I was getting tire rotations and they'd carelessly put in the tire lug nuts on the tire in such a way that they'd either snap off or would need to be jack-hammered out. This happened on numerous occasions and lead to the car needing to be taken elsewhere just to get the issue fixed because they wouldn't even replace the lug nuts they were snapping off or breaking.
One of the workers, who seems to be a supervisor, would rarely be cordial or pleasant to deal with and his remedy for most issues would be to recommend the car be taken elsewhere to be fixed. Finally, I took his advice and started getting my oil change, tire rotations and everything else I would pay Jiffy Lube to do done by people that actually knew what they were doing. This location is great to take your car to if it's a bit on the newer side it seems because they don't do well dealing with older models. I went there for an oil change and they took the oil out of my car but literally put no oil back in, they would have totally destroyed my CRV if I didn't check when I got home.

I took my Toyota Camry to this place December Wednesday 16th 2020

This is a good location! After a previous bad experience at a different jiffy lube, I came to this one to get my oil topped off. I was helped right away and they had great customer service. They also added some wiper fluid as well. Super happy with this experience!

I've gotten my oil changed here maybe 6 times, received a state inspection, and had my AC refreshed (so glad they offer this service). The folks here have been courteous and helpful and they do a good job at getting the job done quickly, even if there are a fair amount of other cars around.
During my most recent two experiences, I felt I was well taken care of by Roy, David K., and two other gentlemen I didn't catch the names of. They walked me through the air conditioning refresh steps & explained to me what was wrong with my AC in layman's terms, and then fixed the problem once I got the necessary manufacturer's part from a dealership.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Never had a problem with this Jiffy Lube. Usually lives up to its name (i.e., doesn't take too long -- some other locations I've been to over the past few years have taken a while). Always has coupon books and a willingness to let you use multiple ones at once for different services. Waiting room can be pretty full. Free wireless is nice.
I'm wary about where I bring my car, but I haven't had trouble at this location and it's nice to have an alternative when I haven't bothered to make an appointment at the dealer, where I usually try to take it. Possibly the best car maintenance experience I have ever had. Brought in one of the cars for an oil change. They helped open doors, showed me the waiting area (which had clean, nice chairs, drink machine, and free, open wifi!), and kept me informed each step along the way. Removed air filter and cabin filter so that I could determine if I wanted to change them. Broke down pricing for every product, allowing me to make choices and ask questions before getting started. These guys set the standard for customer service in the quick-change industry. My dealer is a little better, in that they wash the car and provide free oil changes during warranty service, but I didn't buy my car from these nice folks! I'll keep bringing in the out-of-warranty models!
