Stopped in to have my battery watch replaced. Service is was fast and friendly. Owner was able to replace on the spot for me. Will be coming back for any jewelry maintenance I will need in the future.

Brought my watch to have battery replace. Overcharged me for replacing battery and damaged the watch band, and date tracker, so he could charge me for fixing that too. Looks like he treats customers based on who they are. Very unprofessional service. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau and beyond.

I am from Manhattan and now consult in LI. I normally do everything in the city because I equate great quality of service with being in the city. Ralph has shown me that exceptional service can be anywhere. My favorite Movado watch stopped working and I needed a place convenient to fix that I quality wouldn't be sacrificed. I read the reviews and decided on Jewelry & Fix. Thinking that it was only a battery I stopped in. Ralph changed the battery and upon it still not working he showed me. He explained there was another issues and I left it. 24 hours later he had a diagnosis, cost and also offered to restore the watch at a nominal price. He was spot on on the repair time and also gave me a break on the price. The watch looked better than brand new. He also text me a couple of days later to make sure everything was good. I call that kind of service EXCEPTIONAL. In a day and age where the divide in human contact and quality of service is lacking, Ralph reminds me of how great service looks and should be. He is now my jeweler of choice.

Ralph is great at what he does and the turnaround time is amazing! Here he added diamonds to customize the bale for my medallion. I have to say I'm very pleased with the outcome!

Ralph did a great job taking my engraved wedding ring down a size. Highly recommended no one would have any idea that any work was even done.
