Jet's Pizza

My husband is from Michigan and we finally got this delivered when we made a trip back to Michigan. First off, they told us 55 minutes and the pizza got there within 35 minutes so that was a nice surprise.

We got a deep dish cheese and pepperoni. Since the pizza is so thick, I would order less rather than more. Also, we got some cinna-stix and they were tasty too!

The pizza was a bit expensive but it was worth it. Check this place out! It's perfect for a relaxing night in.

Jet's used to be our favorite pizza but over the last few years has really went down hill. Last week, we ordered a hand tossed round pizza. It was awful, tasted like cardboard and to top it off, I found 4 hairs on two slices of pizza. I hate to say it but frozen pizza out of the local grocery store is much better. We are looking for another pizza shop for take out and it will not be jets.

Jet's has never disappointed me. Growing up, my brother and I constantly asked our parents to get us Jet's. The food is and always has been fresh and made with care. Delivery always came before the expected time and service has always been fast and friendly.

Jet's will always have a special place in my heart. I love Jet's and would recommend it to literally anyone. I cannot remember a time that I had an issue with them meaning we never had an issue or if there was an issue, it was always rectified.

Very friendly cashier and order taker. Order was fast accurate and good. Detroit style crust was just the right crispness

The worker that took my order was cooked and didn't process that we ordered two things of cinnamon stick and we waited in there for 30 mins before we went and said something to him. Figure it out:

This location is just okay. The food is usually good, however if you customize your order and deviate from what is listed on the menu, they often screw it up. I've had this location make numerous mistakes with my order over the course of a few years.

For example, just last week I selected peperoni in place of ham on my italian sub. When my sub was delivered to me, I checked out my sub and sure enough, there was no peperoni to be found but plenty of ham. And I actually paid extra for the addition of peperoni to the sub and the cost was not subtracted when I removed the ham from my online order. Kind of irritating.

And going back a couple orders ago, I ordered some ranch to go with my bread. I swear, the ranch was just some generic Kraft ranch. It's clear that they ran out of their signature ranch at the store and were substituting it with something from the local grocery store. I'm a big fan of the "Jet's dippin' ranch" and I've had it many, many times. This was obviously a different ranch. I mean, at least call me and tell me that you've ran out? I would have selected a different dipping sauce. I did not want some generic Kraft ranch or whatever brand that was. Kind of a dirty trick but whatever.

And I could go on. There's been many more incidents over the years (like pizza sauce instead of BBQ sauce on my BBQ Chicken pizza...) I'm not a "Karen." I've never actually called the store to complain about anything, but it does get tiring having your order messed up again and again.

greasiest nasty pizza , I'll bet they don't even wash those pans they cook these in , Expensive and not worth the diarrhea you get from the grease , WTF is with Saginaw there are NO GREAT pizza places around here at all

With the exception of my very last order, it's always correct and well made. I typically use the BYGOF coupon in the Smart Card and have never had any problems using it. Jets is my favorite pizza place. I highly recommend the BBQ chicken pizza with added pineapple and the Buffalo Ranch Chicken pizza.

Favorite is deep dish-love the crunchy side pieces. Ingredients are always tasty & the garden salad is a winner too! Come to CA!

We we're visiting from Indiana and decided to give this place a go after seeing the great reviews. We had very good service. It was ready in 20 minutes like they said that it would be. My husband asked for plates and they gave several and also included plenty of napkins, parmesan cheese and crushed peppers. I would definitely recommend. The price was great as well!
