Cameron T.Pensacola, FL363122Jul 22, 2023If I could give this less than one star I would. Apparently the staff need to go back to primary school because it's too hard to read NO CHEESE on an order. Thank you for ruining my dinner and my appetite. Absolute trash.

Usually I love Jersy Mike's but yesterday, my wife brought us both one home for lunch. Hers was fine, but she ordered an Italian for me, all the way. Instead, when I opebned it nat home, it was some kind ofbroast beef, which I despise. And sometghing nabout it was sweet, which I also dislike.

I just stepped in for a quick sandwich and was greeted by Cam and Lamar. They were super nice, quick and efficient. Highly recommend this store. I will return.

I've ordered this many times from a different location and never had an issue.
Today I received it from the Manchester location.
There was no cheese. Little mushroom. And nothing but steak.
The wrap was so saturated that it completely broke apart.

Beware! I got a Philly chicken bowl yesterday. I was about halfway through with it when I realized the chicken was not fully cooked. I will not eat and drive again. I especially will not be coming back here!

Pljur C.City of Orange, NJ02Apr 5, 2021Hello I always try to find something good to say but I requested no peppers because my husband is allergic the sandwiches had so many peppers he had to take an asthma treatment as soon as I bought the bag to him. I understand you guys are busy but that was 32.92 straight in the trash 2 large steak and cheese and a 10% tip it wasn't much but I always try to tip. Please guys read the notes some people are not just picky.

The female with the braids needs to go. Bad attitude and hostile. I almost left after how she spoke to me but I was in a hurry. Jersey Mike's, please hire employees who want to service customers and not be aggressive toward them. Paying customers deserve better.

Oct 6, 2020Previous reviewThis location is closer to home than the one on Bradley Park. The GUYS are always courteous. Kendall is the reason for the 1 star review. Whenever I go there and she's on shift, she is complaining. The first time she was complaining about a customer and then another time she was accusing the staff of stealing. I feel sorry for the guys. There's a way to talk to people and get your point across.

I ordered online and my order was ready upon arrival even though I was a little early. The woman working there saw I had two kids in car seats and even brought my order to my car for me and I appreciated it so much! Wonderful customer service right there.
