JM's has always been my GO-TO sandwich shop, but this location disappointed in their service and lack of friendliness. The lady who helped us never said "Hello" or any type of welcome as we just stood there (at the time, we were the only ones in there). She finally asked for our order. Minutes later, people started coming in and lining up. The lunch rush officially got started. After approximately 10 minutes, our one turkey sandwich we ordered was completed. This location does have a drive-thru, and the team on drive-thru looked pretty together i must say! With some management guidance, perhaps the front service could be up to par with the other JM's I've been to, then their ratings would be much better, as they still make a great sub!

We are big Jersey Mike's fans and have been customers for years but this location is unfortunately, a disappointment.
We got subs on wheat tonight and it was very cold like it had been in a freezer and rock hard.

Went through the drive-through at 1:15 this afternoon, August 29, 2023, and the individual that took my order seemed to have a really lousy attitude about everything. He sounded completely annoyed and exasperated that anybody would come through the drive-through at this particular hour to order anything whatsoever; complete with audible heavy sighs and a seemingly annoyed tone of voice. Attitude is everything, so it's no wonder this location gets two stars overall when you hire individuals like this one. The quality of food isn't even coming into question for this review, but I spent 15 minutes in the drive-through as the second car in line. Not impressed.
If you're having a bad day, fake it for your customer's sake. These kinds of individuals usually develop a reputation amongst their coworkers, so management probably already knows who this person is. Bread dry and stale, meat was room temp., and sub had half its meat not in roll. Subs werent labeled. Place was clean though.

We order from JM often, weekly at least. The quality continues to decline--for example, there is usually no wheat bread and when they do have it, it is as hard as a rock. And the meat portion is getting smaller and smaller. Again, we are loyal customers but are likely to go elsewhere as over the last several months the subs are not above but below standard. Maybe just our location but very disappointing.

Never left a review in my life but
They're unbelievably slow at all times even though there's not many customers. I saw 3 people bail out of line today.
Last time I wait 30 mins and they gave me the wrong sub .

Upon arrival, the store was clean and well maintained.
The staff was professional and courteous even with the rush.
I'd like to give a big shout to canon and Aldi,(sorry if I slaughtered your names).
Although they had multiple orders they kept their cool and were able to help one another, including the manager on duty.
